Do the idiots on the left have jobs in the real world?

Check the following comment to "The Republicans’ Strong Field" in the Washington Post by Ramesh Ponnuru:

karlmarx2, Ponuru is just more evidence that right-wingers don't, or can't, live in reality. Anyone who had a shred of insight or honesty would concede that the GOP field is extremely weak, and that there is a clear reason for this. Namely, the GOP hasn't figured out what to do about the Tea Party wack-jobs who have infested it.

LOL -- This is rich, the only reason that the Tea Party exists is because the GOP is dead-set on bigger, more expansive & intrusive governance... and in that way they are exactly the same as the Democrats. (When was the last time the GOP, as a party, actually pressed for one of their stated party-planks: less gun-control? Overturning Roe v. Wade? Responsible, controlled spending?)

Any of the candidates in the GOP field would be a significant improvement over the 0.

Every day, I log into Facebook and am inundated with blurbs from a Liberal guitar player I’ve known for 40 years. He thinks he’s the sage of Facebook. He hasn’t worked in years and spends all day on Facebook. Then he plays his guitar. Not long ago he went on three job interviews and then goes on Facebook to tell how he told them he doesn’t buy in to corporate BS.

What they fail to realize is, aside from a few who I would say are “whack jobs” not in reality, perhaps, but in how they allow themselves to be percieved (Angle, O’Donnell are two examples), all in all, it’s the Tea Party that represents the REAL Republican base.

That's easy. The GOP needs to do the same thing about the Tea Party "wack-jobs" that the Democrats did about the radical leftist whack-jobs -- namely, let them run the party and run them in as many elections as possible. Then, once they win their elections, put them in powerful legislative positions, in executive branch administration jobs at the highest levels, and on the judicial bench at every level including the Supreme Court.

yes they sit ion their bedrooms in their PJ’s working for Soros on various websites to troll and then report back on negative posts.
They then take the info or as much as they can and then pass it to Soros , his groups or the white house if the posts are very negative.
However if the posts are about the paid off biased media then they are reported to the media and then the media can rectify the posts by reporting the fact but with a nice spin on it that way they can say they did report it.

Oh and if we get someone in power with balls to do an investigation into how your boss Soros and his money manipulated the media, the white house etc then I hope you go to jail and then wear the pink PJ’s down in AZ who you lot hate so much

Sounds like we should be fighting you too...

Sounds like you're part of the problem...

What's it gonna take before you admit big tent republicanism is simply a re-hash of the 1960's Lyndon Johnson Democratic Party?

Now in the real world. Most are in the “education” systems. Some are lawyers. Various Government work takes a few. Some are trustfunders. And the welfare system has some.

This is what we are dealing with. The damn loony tunes running the democratic party. I don’t see how anything outside a civil war is going to get rid of them. The very idea of America does not support their viewpoint at all. They are trying to hi-jack the country.

You betcha! As I tell everyone, if the choice is between O and a syphilitic camel, I'm voting for the camel!

As for the rhetorical question leading the post:

Do the idiots on the left have jobs in the real world?

Of course they don't! They all work in academia or left-wing think tanks or on-line rags propped up with foundation money or loonies like Arianna. Or inherited wealth like Van Den Heuvel......
