Your idea of what a “felony” is unfortunately does not gibe with that of the legal system.
One really must use more than hysterical rhetoric to make a valid argument.
It is most certainly a felony in my state and Texas to fondle someone “private parts” without their consent!
It is also a felony in every state to fondle children with or without their consent!
Pat downs are not “fondling” nor are doctors’ examinations.
Are you going to have your doctor arrested if he gives you a proctological exam?
So them short-arm skivey inspections are for real for you swabbies? Don’t happen in AF.
And there will be more as the rest of the country crumbles.
Does the whole country rely on Texas to fix everything now?
