God granted equal rights to everyone and the constitution protects those rights. No one is special. No person or group should be singled out for any special, group or class rights. There is nothing in the constitution that would empower the government to award homosexuals any special treatment, nor deprive the rest of us of our freedom of speech, religion or association. I am 100 percent opposed to the homosexual agenda as unconstitutional.

Homosexuals have the exact same ‘rights’ as anyone else.
What ‘rights’ do they lack?
I support God-given constitutional rights of all patriotic Americans,everyone has equal rights. Sodomy and sexual perversion are NOT rights, and marriage is not a right,either.
Homosexuals already have the right to pursue marriage with a person of the opposite sex,as everyone else,but the outcome is not guaranteed.
Forcing deviant behavior on children,forcing everyone to accept it,overturning the will of voters,is tyranny,hence,the homosexual agenda is a direct threat to religious freedom,families,and children.It must be stopped.

Yeah. And the fact is,like any other illness,just because you suffer from those thoughts/feelings does not mean you have to act on them. Homosexuality is a choice,because ultimately,they have the choice whether to act on those thoughts/feelings,or get help. Engaging in any behavior is always a choice.

I bet. Facts are the ultimate weapon,that is why the leftists want to censor dissent,and have no debate at all.
Let’s not get too truthful. But that is true. Their whole identity revolves around their sexual escapades.
I would also like to see obscenity prosecuted again,someday. Pornography is a very harmful menace to millions of families,creating more sexual addicts and perverts than most drugs even. And it’s rarely talked about anymore in a lot of conservative circles.
If I’m not mistaken,aren’t the obscenity laws used to prosecute smut in the Nixon-era still on the books??? The inevitable judicial activism aside.
I don't know about smut laws. We are bombarded by garbage daily on TV. (Well I'm not. Don't have TV anymore) It would be a fight.
I know, so many are desensitized and empathic to the cultural sewage.
I do know that before the 60s,obscenity was illegal,the Founders would have strictly prohibited it. And at least Nixon,for all his faults,tried to do something about the rise of harmful material/obscenity.
I honestly cringe while at the mall. It’s loud, rude and obscene. As a society we have SO lost it.
The obscenity laws are still on the books. The obscenity laws haven’t changed since the early 70s. What has changed is that juries no longer convict.
I sat on a jury a few years ago, during an obscenity trial. The material was truly gross and disgusting, but most people’s attitude was - no children are involved, so those who don’t want to watch it don’t have to watch it. A non-guilty verdict was reached in less than half an hour.
