Chávez Illness Sparks Succession Talk (Advanced Prostate Cancer is the strong rumor)
Wall Street Journal ^ | June 24, 2011 | JOSé DE CóRDOBA and KEJAL VYAS

Venezuelan officials scrambled Thursday to reassure compatriots that President Hugo Chávez was not seriously ill after his brother said the president would remain in a Cuban hospital for up to 12 more days, making it likely that Mr. Chávez will be away from the country for nearly a month.

The absence has sparked furious speculation about the president's health and led many in Venezuela to ask: What happens if the former army officer who has ruled Venezuela for 12 years is suddenly incapacitated or even dies?

"Nothing will ever be the same," said Juan Carlos Zapata, a political analyst in Caracas. "This is the first signal that Chávez has an end and that there is nobody to take over. He might come back, but nothing will be the same."

I will pray that the Good Lord rewards him according to his works.

But then I don't like him.

Well... Hugo is best buds with Ahmadinejad, so all he has to do is convert to Islam, and since Ahmadinejad is the `deluxe illuminati secret in-a-cave` 13th Imam, a blessing will cure all Hugo's ills, and if not cured in the end, Hugo gets 72 virgins... Watch for Mahmood flying to Cuba...

Dear Mr Chavez:
Hope it hurts, ya commie pr*ck. Yeah, I know it’s mean, but I don’t care.

Hope it’s a long, painful demise for the fat little Red SOB.
Couldn’t happen to a nicer b*stard.

I know it’s an Un-Christian thing to say...but I’m a work in progress.

Would be even better if the last thing Chavez heard was the sound of a round being chambered as some Venezuelan Patriot blew his commie brains out.

I’m just sayin, is all...

Suprised no one down there hasn’t taken the shot on that POS by now.

Hope he stands before the final judge soon.

Stay Safe....

The Socialist Democrats like Durban, Moore and Penn, keep telling us that Venezuela is a shining example of democracy.

Only dictatorial regimes worry about "succession" or that there will somebody "to take over". Free people follow their laws to replace dying leaders.

Will Dear Leader have to skip a weekend on the links to make the memorial service? You’ll just bet that he will feel compelled to squander $50 million to scoot down to Quito on Air Force One.

We need to get a few advance team members to Venezuela as soon as possible. The One will want to get in a few rounds of golf after attending the state funeral of one of his fellow travelers and staunch ally.

When Chavez arrived at the podium before the United Nations after Prez Bush gave a speech there,he joked of smelling brimstone, comparing Bush,of course, with the Devil.

He will be smelling the real thing soon and it won't be a joke.

“...Suprised no one down there hasn’t taken the shot on that POS by now...”

Actually, I’m not. The communists have always been particularly good at squashing any resistance movement before it begins.

It’s what they do best. Probably aided and abetted by the Venezuelan version of Liberals as well, so that neighbor doesn’t trust neighbor.

A good book that I highly recommend reading is “To Bear Any Burden” by Al Santoli, about Vietnam and the aftermath of whwt the communists did to those people. There were 48 people interviewed for that book ranging from communist VC cadre to nationalist guerillas (Non-communist groups who just wantd the French out) to American advisors who were there.

It’s an amzing insight into how the communists (worldwide) work and operate, and you can see parallels here.

That’s where most make their mistakes thinking it has to be a “movement”...... why does everyone think it has to be a group or a organization etc ? That is the fail of every counter operation. As the Hells Angels used to say. The only way for two people to keep a secret is if one of em is dead.

Leaderless resistance is a concept devised by Col Louis Amoss in the OSS that has been adopted by many terrorists groups and well as lone ranger sorts. Groups seem to bastardize the concept and get burned because they didn’t follow the original concept. Lone individuals, not affiliated in any manner to an “anti-anything” group get it done.

It doesn’t take 10 folks to pull a trigger on a 90$ Mosin Nagant or an old scoped deer rifle.

just sayin..... my opinion and take on “fixin thangs” like Chavez Inc...:o)

as stated there has to one MAN or woman down there wronged , robbed, beaten or raped that has a heart for justice for themselves and or friends or family subjected to such.

Sheeple will follow to the tripe spewd by communist and such as you mention in that book. If they value life over freedom and liberty having to live in such a social prison then they are subjects not worthy of helping IMO until they try and help themselves.

My opinion....
