We already have a law on the books that prohibits federal government agencies from producing propaganda.

They'll probably say "Hey, we're not paying for this", but we already have numerous Supreme Court rulings that get around that problem by pointing out that we are really discussing "conversion", which, in any of its forms is tantamount to payment one way or the other ~ if you want it to be.

I think this can be stopped.

Still, it would be easier for the House to simply defund the agency.

I was thinking something along those lines yesterday and my suggestion was to affix a pic of our 1st Lady's plus size, posterior on the containers of Ben and Jerry's, Big Macs and Super Size Fries, which she now admits she is addicted to with the appropriate warning:

I don’t know how old you are, but I can remember when cigarettes were taken out of the pack and put in cigarette cases (much like a woman’s compact). Personally, I’m investing in updated versions of the cigarette case, lol. Actually, vintage cases can still be bought on ebay.
