Dan Cooper, who helped launch Fox News as managing editor in 1996, said that a “brain room” carried out “counter intelligence” on the channel’s enemies from its New York headquarters. He was threatened after it found out he spoke to a reporter, he claimed. Another former senior executive said the channel ran a spying network on staff, reading their emails and making them “feel they were being watched”. The channel, which has come under pressure amid allegations that outlets owned by Mr Murdoch might have attempted to hack the voicemail messages of

The global communists and their little toadies in the state run “media” are pulling out all of the stops in an attempt to bring down FOX. FOX has made it difficult for the communists to brainwash the unwashed masses. The commies have got to get rid of FOX. This is nothing but political horsesh!t and the ignorant public is eating it up.

Outrageous. A scandal. Bet he had 300 FBI files of private individuals too. Oh wait. Never mind the last part. We were told that was no big deal.

Mr Cooper said yesterday that he helped to design the high-security unit. “It was staffed by 15 researchers and had a guard at the door. No one working there would engage in conversation.”

Mr Cooper said he was “willing to consider the possibility” that Mr Brock named him, but added: “I assume he operates under journalistic ethics and protected a confidential source. Brock told me at the time that Ailes told him he would never work again if he wrote the article.”

Mr Brock now runs Media Matters, a Left-leaning American media watchdog. A spokesman for the group said: “He declines to comment.”

Soros sponsored goons strike again.

FOX has a minority majority organization while the rest of the US media are Lilly white? Good for them. The Just-Us brothers should be happy.

You can bet that Holder has many files on every employee at Fox. If they can do it, so can Fox.

Mr Cooper, who left Fox News soon after its launch, provided a quote for a 1997 article about Roger Ailes, Fox News’s president, by the journalist David Brock in New York magazine...

A Fox News spokesman said: “Each of these allegations is completely false. Dan Cooper was terminated six weeks after the launch of the Fox News Channel in 1996 and has peddled these lies for the past 15 years.”

They claim Murdock ran "black ops" operations? But something tells me that Murdock's Fox News is under attack from a real black ops, run by liberals who want to take it down. Fox may not be a bastion of truth, as reliable as the Bible itself, but it does remain a counter operation to the well planned drive-by media complex, and as such it must be taken down at all costs. There's nothing the cockroach hates more than the light; in this case the Left are the roaches, and Fox is the 'light' they fear so much.

The United States of America really, truly is being attacked, all out, by our internal and external enemies. And right now these enemies of America are all using each other as temporary 'allies' to get the job done. So far, I'd say they're succeeding pretty well. So many American's eyes are off the ball while we sink like a stone. The females are too busy trying to keep up with, or take down, the males in corporate America, the younger males are too busy wondering if their exposed boxer shorts and smelly asses are lookin' good, the young females can't seem to find clothing and styles slutty enough to out do last years slutty look, but they keep on trying anyway. And THEY are the future of the United States of America, a country they barely even know about. They think the Founders put together a place where the stupider, sluttier and creepier you look and act, the better off you're supposed to be. And it is all about the narcissistic individual, you know. Or at least that's what the public, Leftist propaganda schools keep turning out.

Well, let’s see here.

A ‘brain room’ that runs ‘counterintelligence’ against competitors? Sounds like a high-level staff meeting on how to deal with the competition. Y’know the way every corporation and large business pretty much does when mapping out their long-term strategy.

Reading employee emails? Um, Danny boy *does* understand that your company email account is not your personal email account, and your employer has every right to screen them for unprofessional behavior or “moonlighting”. I once worked at a company where EVERY email was ‘secretly’ copied and forwarded to the company president.

Not seeing anything here that suggests anything other than everyday corporate America. Not defending the people involved in the phone hacking scandal mess, but this ‘former exec’ sounds like he’s full of beans.

Wow. That is really a story. FOX was working to become the #1 news channel by using research on the other dopes. What a crime.

Wow the lefty designed and implemented the high security unit..but it’s RM’s fault. HUMMMMM

Mr Murdoch had better turn over the company to his son. He is trying to have it all, Big Name, Big money, but hands off. This is what happens when you have that kind of management style.

Hmmm, didn't Clinton have a War Room? The Left/media didn't have a problem with that. This is much ado about nothing.

Dan Cooper? Wasn’t he the guy...

who hijacked a Boeing 727 aircraft in the airspace between Portland, Oregon and Seattle, Washington, USA on November 24, 1971. He extorted $200,000 in ransom and parachuted to an uncertain fate?
