I’m in. Business is dead. Most days I could leave the door locked and no one would notice.
Might as well do something worthwhile.
Amen to that sentiment.
I would settle for a model of federalism that simply predates the New Deal!
I’d love to do that, but FR is just one organization of many. We need to get the big tea party groups on the line. Would love to do a full week long Civil War camp out and re-enactment complete with booming cannons across from the White House.
Bullchit. The sooner this farce hits the wall, the better. Compromise? That’s so yesterday. Regardless of what happens with the vote, the next few years are going to be a repeat of 1855-1860. That is, before things got really “interesting”.
Might as well do something worthwhile.
Actually, I agree with you. See my post #26.
Sorry, I can’t agree. We the tea party have not yet begun to fight!!
We are making history HOLD THE LINE!! WOOOOHOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Every time there's an election, the democrat politicians offer some type of free hand out to the democrat base. No free handout, there's no getting out of bed to vote.
The democrats take money from the taxpayers (employed - the majority being right wing) and buy votes with it from the non-taxpayers ( unemployed by choice non-taxpayers).
That's what democrat politicians do to stay in power. That's ALL they do. Without our money to hand out to the democrat base, the democrats in Washington are toast.
The tax and spend democrats must be sweating bullets right now. The Tea Party has risen, and they're not going to be robbed by these people anymore. They need cash - lots of it - to buy votes in 2012, and now their unlimited spending is being threatened.
It’s fight them now with our votes or fight them later with powder and ball!
NY-29’s Reed still supports it? Two words, Reed: Randy Kuhl.
Did it just now. Hello Rep. Kevin Brady!
“For right now, compromise is the only alternative available.”
What, a fed shut down is off the table? Uhhh I-Dont-Think-So.
“Congressional Freshmen For Such A Time As This
by Sarah Palin... “
Yes, that is a fine conservative manifesto. Worth her recycling of it I suppose.
I skimmed it so may have missed it, but I did not notice the answer to my question about our rapidly approaching ceiling.
Is she on the Bachmann/TEA side... or Boehner’s?
Raise it or not?
Does she support Boehner’s bill?
Who is it that should be getting their asses in line... in Palin’s opinion?
Inquiring primary minds want to know.
That’s what I’m talking about! Let’s get it going. I bet if you start an Action here and get the word out to the big TP groups, we can bring in 1-2 Million Patriots. (I think that you will see that there are countless numbers of us that are fed up to our eyeballs and are tired of sitting around watching the daily destruction. We need to ACT!)
“HOLD THE LINE!! “
Amen!!
Do any of these people on the Hill really think that this is going to get easier? They need to stiffen their spines because this is going to get WAY harder next year and before election, they’re going to find it impossible to say no if they can’t say no now.
