Got the Communist 4 More years is what I see here! How in the Hell does one get anything done, with a Orange Democrat in charge of our house?

“Do you think we won the debt battle?”

Yep. And storks bring babies!

No, we did not win, but we did better than a lot of people expected and about as much as could reasonably be hoped for given the level of true Conservative power at the federal level.

There is a lot of wailing and gnashing of teeth going on, with a lot of people predicting doom — and they may be right — but the reality is that we just do not have enough power now to push through an outright win.

We won’t until after November 2012 — and maybe not even then. If it’s God’s will that we succeed, we will. If not, we will just have to go down fighting.

Do you feel like a ‘winner’ walking out of the out-patient clinic after a colonoscopy?

“Here’s one clue. The Dow dropped 266 points today. The market says this was no win.”

Do you think there might be some other reasons for the drop as well? Consumer spending down? Manufacturing report terrible yesterday? I think those contributed to the drop as well.

I’m thinking we’d have to round up the entire GOP population of trolls to find one testicle.

I formally f*rt in their direction and have just changed my affiliation to independent. (No worries, I am still very much a conservative. However, it appears that the Repulsicans are not. Screw ‘em!)

We can make a difference in this battle if we put serious pressure on Boehner and McConnell to put real conservatives, Tea Party candidates on the supercommittee.

If that doesn't happen then we will lose and lose hard ...all of America will.

Stupid Republicans made the Democrats look good. The ink is not dry on the deal and Democrats are saying tax increases are on the way.

Only time will tell. More than likely not, based upon previous “deals”. There should be a real indication as Thanksgiving approaches.

Not even close.

I know its tempting to look at how the “other side” reacts to gauge how well you did, but whining liberals does not mean we won. And we lost BIG TIME. Nothing meaningful was cut. The Bush tax cuts will expire.

But the big thing ... the worst thing ... is that (hopefully) unconstitutional Super Congerss that will act in secret like some Star Chamber whose goal is to kill America.

No. We lost, and America lost ... BIT time. And no amount of them making it sound like we won something, changes the facts. That is the reason I read issues from many sources and virtually never watch “news entertainment”. News entertainment, Right, Left or something else, is all propaganda BS. I don’t believe for one second that any of them have our interests at heart. They just want to advance an agenda.

But, I repeat, we conservatives got hosed big time in this debt debacle. They try to give us enough just to keep us around. And mark my words, it’s why they will push Romney on us. Her’s a safe little slave for the powers that be. Oh he’ll nominate someone to keep us Tea Partiers in line, but he will be the MSM darling. Well, at least until after both nominations then they will turn on him and push Obama.

This entire thing is both disgusting and utterly depressing. We MUST have a third party or we are doomed.

That sounds a lot like “the recession would have been much worse without TARP” don’t you think?

One good thing is that at least one of those lying, two- faced, back-room deal cutters hasn’t been crying lately.

Nobody won anything.

The cuts that were made, though they sound impressive when listed, are a drop in the bucket while the spending continues unabated.

The only way out is to inflate our way out of debt (QEIII) or crash ...which are essentially the same thing.

Everyone in Washington knows it. They and the media are in cahoots to hide this as long as possible from citizens (the ones that aren’t bright enough to figure it out on their own).

without the influence of the Tea Party, the outcome would have been much worse

Demint for Minority Leader in the Senate and anybody other than Boehner for Majority Leader in Congress.

I don't think we won, but I agree with your assessment otherwise. We came out better than we would have if the Republicans didn't control the House.

And Bachmann earned my support by standing firm on refusing to raise the debt ceiling.

Vote the corrupt bastards OUT and tea party conservatives IN!! We must take the majority!!

That is the real solution but it will not be easy. Year after year enough morons vote to relect RINO's like McCain along with POS like Frank, Reid, Shumer, Pelosi, Franken, Levin, Leahy, Kerry, Boxer.........just to name a few.

I don't know about your house, but at my house when our credit card bills are up we don't go out and spend money. We don't pat ourselves on the back and talk about how heroic we are as we poo poo away our children's college savings. We don't hide from each other what we've purchased that day (i.e., gang on 6). We don't act like its our right to go out and spend spend spend and blame the bank for our overindulgence. We limit our spending to bare necessities only.

America lost its soul when they voted for Obama. Greed was not found in corporate America, greed was found in the hearts of every American that voted for the man who was buying their vote.

The GOP is acting like a group of whores. They don't fight to cut spending, they position themselves to control where the spending will take place because they're more concerned about what the New York Times thinks while they nail America's coffin. I'm disgusted.

You know, I have no problem doing that...

However, my problem is that I called Boehner this week and last week as well as my elected representatives in Washington and a few others.

Problem is none of them, not one, took my opinion seriously.
Why should they—we work for them or so it would seem :(
