I think he was too buzzed out on crack and it took that long to make him presentable enough to read the teleprompter. There is no logical excuse why an executive that has scheduled a press conference is that far behind schedule.
Nothing new in Obama’s speech. I guess he expected a different outcome this time. There is a saying about someone who keeps doing the same thing over and over again but expecting a different out come each time.

When I am in my car and listen to Fox News on my Sirius radio, I turn the sound down when he comes on and gives a speech. At home I mute my TV as soon as he appears. Today I thought, I am going to wait and see if he is going to play the blame game. I didn’t have to wait long. So I hit the mute button immediately after he started
