It is also the end of the rule of law. If the president or a governor disagrees with a law then he refuses to enforce it.

Another example is that Illinois has a death penalty but the last two governors have prevented each and every execution, just because they personally disagree with the death penalty.

There’s a lot Republican executives could do with this. Don’t arrest tax cheats. Don’t arrest people who disobey the ObamaCare laws.
