I’m not worried. Just remember those aliens will have to deal with the cdc’s zombie apocolypse. /s

We are financially broke and borrowing money to pay for this!!!?

It may not rank as the most compelling reason to curb greenhouse gases, ...

But since all of the other lies have failed miserably, ....they're running out of "rational" excuses!

Heck, why would aliens have to launch an interstellar mission to do us in? Because we’ll do it ourselves, with the global warming.

Dumb people can’t help being dumb. It takes someone smart to make a total fool of himself.

These people HATE Humanity and are using the Aliens in this scenario to live out their FANTASIES in the theoretical paper.

From the article:
“...reducing our emissions might just save humanity from a pre-emptive alien attack...”

GraceG and Honest Conservative, the ones at the levers of power are continuing the drum beat we talked about in our recent conversation about the (mis)-use of propaganda. Thought you might be interested in this example. Our initial conversation took place on the Rush Limbaugh thread Aug 15. He was discussing the Paul Krugman comments about space aliens.

http://www.freerepublic.com/focus/f-news/2763856/posts

Also alerting those interested in the issue of Agenda 21 to this thread. (Please let me know if you want on or off the list.)

At that time (on the above Rush thread) I stated:

“...but I also find it interesting that Krugman made those comments about “space alien invasion”...and lo and behold only a short time later [a matter of hours] Discovery channel had a bunch of science and sci fi flaks discussing seriously the preparations needed to fend off an alien invasion as though it was for real.

No coincidences in the art of propaganda with these folks. They ARE, IMHO seeking to drum up the masses to the fear that would cause them to demand the kind of spending and preparation on the part of government which would take away ALL liberty. (Van Jones “topside down bottom side up inside out”)

If the invasion or even the precariousness of the current situation was truly being taken seriously by our government, there would be massive civil defense and civil training programs put into place.

Just my 2 cents.”

Here is a link to the ‘report’:

http://arxiv.org/abs/1104.4462

Based on the note at the end of the article in the UK newspapaer, it looks like NASA might be trying to distance themselves from this. However, one of the authors, Shawn D. Domagal-Goldman, is listed right on the front page of the report as being with “NASA Planetary Science Division”.

NASA is working to find some way to justify its existence. It has tried global warming, now aliens. The space shuttle retired itself.

It is typical of the liberal mindset to think that aliens would automatically agree with them when your theory would be more likely that liberalism itself would more probably be viewed as a disease (people who murder their unborn children, various sexual deviants, welfare mentality, etc…) that the aliens would either seek to cure, contain or eradicate.

I thought the government stance was that there aren’t any UFO’s.

Excellent point. This is really an example of what these leftists themselves would like to do. They figure since they feel this way, that any advanced alien life form must as well.

As I said as well - I am sure the left-wing would join the aliens in their attempt to genocide mankind.

agreed!

...and for NASA scientists to say that about a TRACE gas,
which humans generate a TINY fraction of,
is scientific malpractice of the most criminal kind.

part of the most expensive hoax, in ALL of human history.

especially, since the earth has been COOLING since 2003 !
