PHOENIX (AP) - Facebook said Friday it mistakenly removed a post in which Arizona Gov. Jan Brewer criticized a controversial policy decision by President Barack Obama's administration to limit deportations of illegal immigrants.
The Republican governor had said in a post Friday that Facebook censored the item she posted Thursday because it apparently violated Facebook's community standards.

The Leftists operating within any organization often disregard the rights of those with whom they disagree regardless of corporate policy.
If FB is in fact unjustly censoring, then another social site focused on neutrality should emerge.
Google has some type of social “Circles” site, but Google isn’t exactly the prime example of neutrality.

Make that 401. I refuse to have a facebook or twitter account. I see absolutely no point to it. The wife keeps bugging me to sign up, but it’s not gonna happen. Unlike failing at being the last man in America without a cell phone, I know I can hold out on facebook.
I don’t have a FB acct either. If they’re any more successful, they’ll be taken over by the government.

This was all over the local AZ news last night, believe it or not. They even interviewed the Governor. They also questioned several college kids on the street, probably thinking they would be critical of Gov Brewer, but surprisingly, every one of them said that FB had no right to remove the post from her page.

Don't need the drama.
But in any case, you can't totally escape it. We were at the beach earlier this summer and a relative, unbeknownst to us, put up pics of our kids in the water. Friends of friends--who we barely know---now knew we were a few states away and that there was at least 1 house in the neighborhood unoccupied.
Facebook has far more on you then any FBI file ever could.

The funny thing is, when Socialists (and moslems) censor things, the censorship gets so much publicity that EVERYBODY sees the story + gets the message anyway.
Similar to this was the “forced removal of billboards” regarding islam and Omoslem’s communist tendencies.
Thats why a BUNCH of us are leaving facebook and doing Google Plus. I was censored yesterday in a post critical of Obama on FB. Google +’s Audio/video chat is cool, too.
