I doubt that Maxine Waters had detailed biblical (or other) theology on her mind. She doesn’t deserve to be taken as such. She just wants the Tea Party to be gone, because they are hell (on earth) to Democrats.
Democrats are for a two party system, as long as the other party obeys them.
She is just another maximum boob who seeks press and will do or say anything to get it.
