And how do "We" do that? Congress has to call for his impeachment. We don't have a majority in the Senate which will make that even harder.
November 2012 elections is very, very far away. He can do a "scorched earth" scenario on us long before that.
We are running out of options short of finding something that will stick to him and even make the MSM turn against him.

I wouldn’t count that out, since in the past he’s pushed for something very similar. It was to be as large and meaningful as the army, if I remember his talking points accurately enough. But what you’re forgetting is that so delusional is this president, so much does his gang believe in his oratory power, they think he can conquer nations with his words.
The usual pattern is to overcome expectations by lowering them. As such, it seems the hype means something special. But it doesn’t. It’s gonna be the same old crap. “Investment” in infrastructure, green jobs, education. A “balanced approach” of new taxes on the rich. Stern words for hoarders who are keeping capital idle. Isn’t America great; she’ll get over it. Energy of the youth. Spirit of innovation. Stimulus, stimulus, stimulus.
I could of course be wrong. Maybe we’ll get WPA II. Maybe it’ll be the United States Shovel Ready Work Forces (USSRWF). Maybe a VAT, who knows? I doubt it.

I predict there never will be another address to Congress without “You Lie” and head-shaking “Not True” moments. Or, failing that, endless discussions about how there weren’t any “You Lie”/”Not True” moments. When Republicans are speaking and Democrats politely disagree with them, that is.

Well, if prosecuting Border Agents for doing their jobs, publicly stating things would be easer if he did not have to follow the rules, flagrantly and openly violating the most basic precepts of the Constitution, back-dooring criminal illegal aliens (so to speak) with amnesty, allowing his party to approach THREE YEARS without a budget, blithely claiming "he knew nothing" regarding a monstrous plot to violate the Second Amendment Rights of American Citizens, intentionally insulting the American people to foreign leaders with "apologies" and bowing, in-debting American's Grandchildren with foreign debt that is virtually unrecoverable, intentionally not prosecuting BLACKS for federal crimes because they are BLACK, destroying MILLIONS of American jobs and illegally denying open commerce and industry against the national security interests of energy production, I am not all that confident that MSM would EVER just tell the truth about the communist magic negro St. Bammy.
There is going to be "change" required in the area of the press as well. We used to have FOX, they are not much more than a memory these days.
The current MSM is rapidly becoming a National Security threat.

Maybe. They (the other side) all assume that people will just take it lying low, as most folks don’t want to run afoul with ‘law enforcement and regulatory agencies’. But somehow I doubt American citizens will permit outright un-Constitutional acts/things happenning.
Unless, the unrully civil conflict is their goal for some darker reason, then I am even more paranoid than you.....

He promised to uphold the Constitution. Not the Constitution as he likes it to be, but THE Constitution.

Point is that he’s mostly only stepped on our side’s Congressional toes. His next moves can put him up against his own handlers, and he doesn’t have the guts or brains to win that one.
To the contrary, the government just upped the debt ceiling limit by two and a half trillion through the end of 2012. That's what he needed in order to fund his socialist crap.
