From what I've seen of the speech on FR, the only thing between Palin and The Announcement is her signature on the piece of paper.
JMHO, She's BEEN running for over a year now. Just a really stealthy run is all.
Palin made the case against Obama. Her problem is time. Can she get those 25+ million back to work quickly enough to prevent the collapse of the nation?
