In a radio interview just now, Herman Cain previewed his Tuesday night debate plan: “I’m going after Romney.”

"I’m not going after Perry. I don’t need to go after Perry," Cain said, per POLITICO's Juana Summers.

Cain WAS running for a Romney veep spot, I’m sure of it.

He’s now gone to plan B because he’s decided he can make it on his own.

This will be funny.

Also, notice the not-so-sly little dig at Perry. Hope he has to eat those words.

Christy now supporting Romney. What would happen if Palin comes out and supports Cain?

I love it! Perry must be depressed though. Not bothering to go after him should tell him a lot. Tonight will be fun. I’m getting a special bourbon to sip during it.

Heck there was some crazy Paulist just over the weekend ranting and raving about Cain and to lesser extent Mitt and Rick, but his heaviest stuff was against CAIN.

Don’t you know that Cain worked for the FED!

I think Santorum is authentic. I’d have no problem giving him my vote.

The love fest is between the 2 GOPbot candidates, Romney and Perry.

Right. That's why Romeny was just on TV with Christie attacking Perry, not one word about Cain. And that's why Romney said yesterday that voters should vote for either himslef of Cain. And that's why Cain said he would be anybody's VP but Perry, and wouldn't vote for Perry as nomineee.

Who got into the race after a whole lot of pushing by the GOP Establishment?

Not Perry. The GOP elites were deperately trying to get someone other than Perry in the race when it became clear Romney was a dud. Their guy was Christie, who's now on the Romeny team.

Cain has nothing to offer any of the Establishment Candidates. He build no bridges, brings no money and totally over shadows any of them on the intellectual field.

Cain could offer Romney exactly what Sarah Palin did for McCain; get people like you to vote for Mitt in the general election.

I hope he really doesn't. People do not want to see presidential candidates attacking each other like juveniles.People want to see candidates speak of how they will turn our economy and our Country around. Gingrich had it right the last debate. The media wants to goad the candidates into putting on a spectacle and they should politely decline. We want to see adults and problem solvers, we have juvenile incompetents now and that's what we want to get rid of.

Don't do it Herman. You got raked over the coals for a mere "Insensitive" slight, don't give the media and the other candidates ammunition. Do your thing, giving direct, to the point answers to the questions without getting involved in personalities.

Go Cain!

Cain would not be anyone choice for VP. Perry will be.

AMEN!

I’m not voting for someone who has no clue about the middle east situation; or that has no record to verify how he would govern. There’s a democrat empty suit in office because people fell for his rhetoric; it sounded good and some conservatives are going to turn right around and do the same thing.

When Scott Brown said good things during his election it was “SCOTT BROWN FOR PRESIDENT” on FR
When Chris Christie said good things during his election and showed he had brass ones against the unions it was “CHRIS CHRISTIE FOR PRESIDENT” on FR
When Donald Trump said good things during his little tantrum it was “DONALD TRUMP FOR PRESIDENT” on FR

So you will have to excuse me if I don’t fall for your bullsh*t. You go ahead and pimp your candidate who has a few red flags of his own but hey...he “sounds” good.

Cain needs to learn how to keep his cards closer to his chest. This puts Romney on alert.

Well, that would leave Gingrich or Paul or Bachmann. Which one are you for?

Well for one thing the Perry suporters' heads would explode and it would take weeks for Jim Rob to get their brains out of the server!

Defined goals tend to work better in the military than in politics.

“Lord, I pray he does well tonight! This will be the turning point. If he scores big, there will be no stopping him.”.......

Marie, I’m praying for the same thing. That he keeps a clear and focused head, and doesn’t respond to the ‘gotchas’ that WILL be there....don’t give the buzzards, both R’s and D’s, anything to misrepresent and exploit. And that, with that clear and focused brain, he hits Mitt, and HARD.
