As much as I think it is our right and duty to boycott this hotel, it is their 100% right to establish any uniforms or dress codes they wish.
In the meantime, some (meaning a BUNCH) of emails to the establishment and its parent company is certainly in order.
As potential customers we certainly can express our displeasure at their dress code.
Right its the dress code; Yeppers! I worked at one place where pin lapels were illegal or frowned upon as not being part of the uniform. One dummy there whom no one said anything to had 10 of them, but then again, this one volunteered for overtime and weekend and shiite shifts galore, so the buttons went along with his usefulness.
Everyone else though, no buttons/pins.
