What if there is a third candidate on the ballot?

TEA Party Independent:

Sarah Palin for President

John Bolton for Vice-President

Interested?

Those sitting out any election are why we have an Obama now.

It's late and I have tired head. So, with all due respect, go suck an egg.

The blame for an Obama presidency lies squarely upon the shoulders of the ignorant pukes who believed Mr. "Hope and Change" was going to stem the rise of the oceans and heal the planet. They wanted free money from "Obama's stash."

Leader of the Free World? More like Leader of the Free Ride.

I hope that I am the first to say that we, the 99%, need to occupy FreeRepublic as it represents the top 1% of people with functioning brains and this Jim Thompson-Robinson represents a direct threat to the Obama Messiah's benign attempts to reboot a more sustainable social order full of green poop and hot air. Occupy FR and feel the pink unicorns and rainbows!!!

“The comments on Politico are interesting and insightful. For example, here’s Juliet Giles telling us what’s on her mind:”

Well, I read it and I still don’t know what’s on her mind. WTH?
Typical that the intelligence of the comments at Politico would be equal to that of fish tank algae.

If you were already making that point, I apologize. I missed your sarcasm tag! LOL

If they want to see someone banned in a hurry they should go to Democratic Underground and express an unorthodox opinion.

Yeah, reading Juliet's comments can give you a headache.

I hope she just strings random words copied from a dictionary, if her head really works that way she is dangerous.

I’ll put Sarah’s name. NOT voting for anyone else this time around. No Cain - a flake - no...one else.

If the hypothetical matchup is Mitt Romney vs Barack Obama, I will vote for Barack Obama. I will campaign for Barack Obama, and encourage others to vote for him.

This 'suicidal' viewpoint is making the best of a horrid situation. I have a choice at that point, of turning the Republican party over to Mitt Romney, an avowed unrepentant believer in the Nanny State and government mandates, or the choice of having an opposition congress which might, just might, hold some conservative viewpoints somewhere.

A 'Republican' in the White House who believes in virtually nothing which I agree with, who would be the nominal leader of the party, and his staff who would be the actual leaders of the national party, would systematically purge the party of those dreaded Tea Partiers. And you can just smell Karl Rove's eagerness to see a much more inclusive Republican party that Mitt Romney would bring.

I'll work to control the senate and the house, and throw down the challenge to the Present in the White House, but not so hard as I'll work to ensure that Mitt Romney never again breaks an oath of office. I held my nose for McCain, mostly because of Sarah, but I will not do the same for Mitt (R)omney.

“Voting the down ticket spots is vital to tossing the filthy democrats and rinos out.”

Amen. We have to take the Senate. Controlling the Senate is crucial. Throw the bums out! If we can’t take the Presidency from a RINO or Democrat, then so be it. But we can see to it that the House and Senate will restrain them.

Staying home is not an option.

“I’d even vote for whack job Ron Paul before I’d vote for Myth Romney.”

I’ve had the same thought passing through my brain and couldn’t believe I was actually thinking it.

"Well it aint like he hasn’t gone on a ban spree before. Gays, Giuliani supporters, Romney, and I’d bet Perry supporters will soon be in the cross hairs. In short, anyone he doesn’t agree with." -Soothesayer9, post 53

Awwww, isn't that sweet.
Soothe is upset that the pro-homo trolls were banned.
Funny, being pro-homo is NOT a Conservative trait.
He also whines about FR.
ALOT.
He equates the site owner deciding who is allowed onto his website with going against the Constitution.
Bonus post: The butthurt at FR not supporting favored RINOs is epic this cycle guys, pull up the popcorn and enjoy.
December12 is not liking the fact that a RINO isn't being supported either.

Seriously, if you two dislike FR so much, why are you here to begin with?
There’s plenty of RINO touchy feely goody sites available.
There’s trewblewrino where being pro-homo is a badge of pride.

On the other hand. Cain supporters can’t post on the Democrat Underground, the daily Kos or the Huffington Post while Romney supporters are no doubt welcome there.

Just as an anecdote, that Republican convention in 1964 also had another historical milestone of sorts.
It was the first time a woman got on the Presidential nomination card for either party - Maine Senator Margaret Chase Smith.
