(CNN) – A woman who accused Herman Cain of sexual harassment believes the presidential hopeful is lying, her attorney said Tuesday night.
"She's been very upset about this since the story broke last Sunday, because Mr. Cain has been giving the impression she came out and made false allegations," lawyer Joel Bennett said on CNN's "Anderson Cooper 360."
He also maintained that the case was resolved in a sexual harassment settlement, not a termination agreement, as Cain has described in the last two days when talking about one of the cases.
She wants to go public with her side of the story, he said, but she's confined to a confidentiality agreement with the National Restaurant Association, where she made the charges against Cain in the late 1990s. At the time, Cain was president of the group.
Bennett said he has not contacted the organization but has suggested through the media that the NRA waive the confidentiality agreement, freeing the woman to talk.
"Until they do that, she's not going to speak out," Bennett said.

That’s OK. I remember when the Gennifer Flowers scandal broke about a year before the election. I knew it would catapult Clinton’s name to the forefront and would promptly be forgotten in time for the election. It worked exactly so.
They will not stop until he is down and buried. I smell Willard all over this. Watch for the congresional hearing to be called and his “anita hill” give superstar status. This is sick and irritating. Whoever was advising Cain has done him no favors... less is more Herman STFU about this. They will burry you with your own words.

Yes, I get Cain might not be our nominee but for Petes Sake he is one of ours. He will have no help in the establishment (which is the MSM) No one is talking on his behalf.
