Republican presidential hopeful Herman Cain will hold a press conference in Scottsdale Tuesday in response to recent allegations of harassment.

According to a statement from the Cain campaign, Cain will hold to the conference at the Scottsdale Plaza at 3 pm.

“I know what happened, and he knows what happened,” Bialek said on CNN’s Piers Morgan Tonight. “One of my whole objectives was to give him the opportunity to come forward, to redeem himself, say, ‘Hey, I’m sorry. I did this. It happened. And let’s move forward.’ And it is unfortunate. I’m very disappointed that he didn’t take the lead in this.”

She said in the interview that she was prepared for an expected media onslaught, but was more concerned about how it would affect her teenage son

It’s hard to stay ahead of lies and smears when you never know who is setting the fires. We find out who set this fire and then we will know. The main thing that makes no sense to me on the whole Cain allegations are why..if he was so well known for being a ‘serial harrasser’ have we never heard of it before now?

IT MAKES NO SENSE! Herman Cain has been in the spotlight for decades. If he was that sort of character, we would have heard rumblings and rumors way before now.

Thanks for the heads up. I hope I can make it through it at my computer. John and Patsy Ramsey, the parents of JonBenét Ramsey, had several defamation lawsuits ensued since JonBenét’s murder. L. Lin Wood.[7][8][9] was the plaintiff’s lead attorney for John and Patsy Ramsey and their son Burke, and has prosecuted defamation claims on their behalf against St. Martin’s Press, Time, Inc., The Fox News Channel, American Media, Inc., Star, The Globe, Court TV and The New York Post. John and Patsy Ramsey were also sued in two separate defamation lawsuits arising from the publication of their book, The Death of Innocence, brought by two individuals named in the book as having been investigated by Boulder police as suspects in JonBenét’s murder. Greer had accused Westmoreland of participating in the kidnapping and murder.[12] Greer has defended his statement.[13]

Wood went on to represent former U.S. Congressman Gary Condit, and the victim in the Kobe Bryant case. He has also represented fellow attorney Howard K. Stern in defamation lawsuits against John O’Quinn, lawyer for Virgie Arthur, the mother of Anna Nicole Smith and against Rita Cosby, the author of Blonde Ambition, The Untold Story of Anna Nicole Smith.
