A new witness in the Herman Cain sexual harassment scandal has hired powerhouse attorney, Gloria Allred, and will be holding a press conference on Monday afternoon in Shreveport, Louisiana, RadarOnline.com is exclusively reporting.
As Radaronline.com first reported, Sharon Bialek claimed in a news conference last Monday in New York that when she came to Cain for professional help in 1997, he "suddenly reached over and he put his hand on my leg under my skirt and reached for my genitals."
Bialek is also repped by Allred, and she was the first woman to go public in the scandal that could derail the Tea Party's darling from getting the GOP nomination. Cain said he didn't recall meeting Bialek, and denied any wrongdoing in his own press conference.
The new witness is a pediatrician, and a former boyfriend of Bialek's. The doctor was with Bialek when he met Cain. Bialek told her then-boyfriend that Cain had inappropriately touched her shortly after the alleged incident took place in Washington D.C. Cain has said, "I don't even know who this woman is."
Bialek claims that after she lost her job at the National Restaurant Association, she asked Cain to help her find a new job. Bialek went to D.C., where Cain was working at the time, and the two were headed back to her hotel after dinner. She said when they were in the car, Cain pulled over and "suddenly reached over and put his hand on my leg, under my skirt and reached for my genitals."
Bialek also said "He also grabbed my head and pulled it towards his crotch." She said that she asked Cain to stop and he did but when she questioned his actions Cain told her, "You want a job, right?"
Three other women have accused Cain of sexual harassment. Bialek is steadfast that she won't be filing a lawsuit against the presidential hopeful.

I hope Cain gets a GOOD ATTORNEY and sues the pants off that witch Allred and her client(s) for defamation of character and slander. I hope Bialek winds up with financial problems are far beyond the worst she has ever epxerienced. And I hope Cain gets a good investigator on this and finds out WHO is funding this lie and WHERE their connections lie.
Fight Allrede and Bialek with a check - to the Herman Cain for President fund.
[Oh for crying out loud. Her campaign against Cain has been a bust. She tried to sink him and failed.]
They are holding a very well covered press conference this afternoon with a witness to support the original allegations. That hardly lends much credibility to your “finding of fact”, which you have confused with your “finding of opinion”.

I hope Cain’s lawyer is listening in.

Not true. She said in her original statement that she went home and told her boyfriend that Cain had been "extremely sexually inappropriate" but wouldn't give details.
I found that hard to believe at the time...I just can't imagine my wife walking in and saying she had been groped or assaulted but didn't want to talk about it and me going for that! not in a million years!
Seems to me that there should be something Cain can do to intercept this... like a cease and desist order that demands a polygraph of the witnesses before they continue.
They are not after the truth... they are after putting the lie out there in the court of public opinion.
Suing after the fact will not help Cain, because the left knows they can use a move like that to keep the story alive... and they can drag it out as long as they want to.
Time for the court of public opinion to do a thorough anal exam of Allred and Cain’s accusers... STARTING with the new witness.
It is shameful watching Perry supporters such as yourself latching onto this Left-Wing hatchet job on Cain. This story has been out for what...three weeks or so, and what do we have thus far? Let me help you: NOTHING! Sorry PSYCHO, but the onus is on the accusers such as yourself and these trailer trash women to produce something other than here say. But hey, keep trying.
This part of Bialek’s quote isn’t in the article, but she said during her statement that she told Cain that “you know I have a boyfriend, why are you doing this?” That does not make sense - when someone adds a comment like that it raises a red flag - if you are being sexually assaulted, why does it matter whether or not you had a boyfriend? Would it have been okay to be sexually assaulted if she had not had a boyfriend? Does not make sense...and as a lawyer, Gloria Alred should know that.
How can you have a witness to a none harassment event. What nonsense. This trailer park trash, did not work for the NRA. If some hooker on the street tries to sell you her services, is it harassment to turn her down.

Alred doesn’t care, all she wants to do is to damage Cain in the Court of Public Opinion.
