Newest Cain Accuser Has History of Financial Trouble
ABC NEWS ^ | 11-28-11 | Ross

Like one of his earlier accusers, the latest woman to accuse Republican presidential candidate Herman Cain of sexual misconduct has a history of financial trouble, with a threat of eviction for non-payment of rent just two weeks ago.

Ginger White, who claimed in an interview with Atlanta Fox News affiliate WAGA to have had a 13-year-affair with Cain, has liens and civil judgments in Kentucky and Georgia dating back to 1994.

Eleven of those liens have been filed since 2009, with nine in 2011. The owners of her apartment complex in Dunwoody, Georgia have sued her for non-payment of rent nearly every month since the beginning of the year.

White, a 46-year-old unemployed single mother who is at least twice divorced, was described by WAGA as an Atlanta-area businesswoman. While living in Louisville, Kentucky, she worked at Recruitment Plus, LLC. According to WAGA, she filed a sex harassment claim against an employer ten years ago, and the case was settled. The station also found a bankruptcy filing from the late 1980s.

In January, there is a scheduled court date in an unrelated civil suit filed against her by a former business partner, Kimberly Vay, who alleges that White stalked and harassed her and had sought a protective order. A judge has entered a default judgment in Vay's favor. [snip]

Let me guess, you are either a Newdnik,or a Perrymour. Guess what will be brought out about your not well thought out candidate? You are in for an education.

I will support a candidate who embodies the values I believe are appropriate for the office of President of the United States. Did you criticize former President Clinton for his sexual indiscretions - and support his impeachment? Freepers should also hold their chosen candidates accountable to live up to the standards they set for Democrats.

FYI I am neither a "Newdnik" nor a "Parrymour." I want my President to have the moral backbone to keep his pants on. That does not mean I won't vote for either of them (or Cain for that matter) over the present occupant of the White House, but I trust that the GOP will nominate a man or woman who "walks the walk" and doesn't just "talk the talk" of true conservative principles.

You don’t even know what is in the text messages or any of the actual content. It’s utterly absurd that you’re basically making all of these fanciful arguments based on only speculation on a story that only came out today.

Not a single allegation against Cain has been proven with evidence. I am getting more convinced with every 15 year old accusation surfacing that Obama is deathly afraid of facing a black man in November 2012.

BINGO!!!

Why would Cain be toast, I would think you could now support him now that he seems to be an adulterer just like Newt. I would think that this would be a plus to you...

Oh?

Is that a crime of some sort?

The next time my phone rings at 4:30 am, I’ll be sure to alert the proper republican authorities.

I see nothing wrong with having a friend of opposite gender.
(Victorian era is old news)

I see nothing wrong with helping a friend you like with money if you were not using money needed for milk or other necessities.

Heck I spend money all the time without telling my wife and my wife does not care since she knows how careful I am with spending money.

snip .....”In a strange interview on CNN Monday, Cain said he would examine any new women accusing him of sexual impropriety “detail by detail, accusation by accusation” through his celebrity lawyer, Lin Wood. But Wood’s statement to Fox 5 in Atlanta skips over any denials and tells the press to butt out: “Rather, this appears to be an accusation of private, alleged consensual conduct between adults - a subject matter which is not a proper subject of inquiry by the media or the public.” Meanwhile, Cain asserted he’s “done nothing wrong” and will treat himself to a steak dinner tonight......”

This is what I heard. His fancy pants lawyer doesn’t deny allegations and claims it’s “consensual conduct”. Can you say GUILTY? OMG! CROUTONS!

And she did lose the stalking law suit and admitted that it was true.

There is some kind of creepy stalking thing going here. We do not know who was texting who...The reporter was very vague on this, deliberately.

Other question, why did none of this come out in the Senate race?

“is it ok that Newtie was banging his employee for years behind his wife’s back because we know about it, but newly discovered affairs by other candidates are disqualifiers? “

You know, there could still be other women that Newt had affairs with other than the 2 we know about. Danger for Newt if there are more women in his past married life too.

Oh? Is that a crime of some sort? The next time my phone rings at 4:30 am, I’ll be sure to alert the proper republican authorities.

Crime? Who said anything about a "crime"? It is an old - and cheap - trick to twist and distort what someone is saying in order to dismiss it, rather than engage it with reasonable argumentation.

The point at issue is whether it is inappropriate for a married man to call/text a woman whom he is not married to, who he has had a 13-year relationship with, and who he has not told his wife about yada, yada...

Do you actually mean to deny that virtually all wives would have a problem with that - or at least want an explanation (which apparently was not offered by Cain to his wife)?

There is only One who should command blind, unquestioning allegience, and it is not Herman Cain (or any other politician).

In turn I would recommend a dose of objectivity rather than blind, unquestioning allegiance.
