The female bodybuilder who once ran a bicycle business with latest Herman Cain accuser Ginger White says the Atlanta woman never mentioned the Republican presidential candidate, who she says was her lover for 13 years.
"His name has never come up," said Kimberly Vay, who told ABC News that she and White were former business partners.
But Vay, who filed and won a libel lawsuit against White, refused to comment directly when asked whether she considers White's accusations about Cain credible. "When you see the details of my lawsuit," said Vay, "they will speak for themselves." She then referred ABC News to her attorney.

Cain’s campaign paid the $10,000 filing fee in Nevada for the caucuses (primary elections) just yesterday. Friday is the deadline for such filings.

That's just naive. Lots of stuff happens in the judicial system that isn't supposed to happen. We just don't know enough facts right now to be making the judgments people are making.

Ingtar, I’m not inclined to argue with you over this. I’ve done quite a bit of searching to come to the conclusion I have. McCain has partnered with the worst political players in our nation, and perhaps the world when you include Soros.
Others are undesirable to be sure, but McCain’s evil actions really are in a class of their own.

Naivete is believing that it cannot be undone. The judicial system is aware of its faults and works to avoid them. If the libel judgement is by default it would be and could be reversed. Unless the defaulting party doesn't want to.
She may have just learned about it and not done it yet. She may not want to spend the money. She may have settled up with the plaintiff so she's not worried about it. She may be negotiating about it right now. Lots of possibilities.
So you’d let your client gear up to go national with a story that has serious implications in a Presidential race without first cleaning up her messes? Get serious.
The theme across all the Cain ‘women’ is that they’re heavy users of the judicial system and the ‘system’ in general. The game is to wound, not to kill. Eventually, when all the ‘truth’ comes out. Cain will be out of the race and so wounded that he cannot support the nominee during the real fight, the one to unseat Obama.
The goal is to re-elect Obama, anyway and anyhow. Capice?
