I can go to Israel in 12 hours.

I tried MIAMI airport too, but that involves three airlines, multiple stops, 15 hours (plus the drive to Miami...shudder) and over $1000.

I think I will have to miss the wedding. (Sigh)

Good morning, “almost civilian” ((HUGS))

I hate that when something freezes and you have to reboot ALL of the applications as well.

Not a good sign, huh?

Hope your days turns out better.

Ideal island vacation? Don’t need a test for that. It’s right here: http://maps.google.com/maps?q=jekyll+island&ll=31.117632,-81.407436&spn=0.001207,0.000862&oe=utf-8&safe=images&fb=1&gl=us&hq=jekyll+island&t=h&z=20&vpsrc=6

Haven't noticed much difference with the back yet. It takes up to 72 hours for the cortis one to kick in. I don't know how many times you can get the injections.

Good morning, EG ((HUGS))

It’s hump day so things are better. Another chilly day. Time to think about making soups.

Howz it out your way? Get all the updates done?

No rain, Jinxy. It has been drizzly all week but the moisture isn’t the kind that can even be measured in the rain gauge. The lawn and garden seems to be loving it, though. :)

This morning it seems to be clearing. Darn!

Merry Christmas Beachie!

To go to the mall or not to go to the mall, that is the question...I just hate huge crowds of people, but may have to make the trip...(((Sigh)))...Of course there is on-line shopping too :-)

Still cold and clear out here on the left coast, but the rain is coming.

Not much else, you have a shoptilyoudrop day :-)

My ideal Island vacation? My brother-in-law still lives on St. Maarten. Blow up the air mattress. Meet me at the airport. Buy ten cases of Heineken. Here we go again!

Merry Christmas Kathy!

BTW, cute E-Card :-)

Your Ideal Vacation is Prince Edward Island
On an island vacation, you'd really like to immerse yourself and get to know the locals.
You enjoy the idea of spending time in a small, remote locale... especially a beautiful one.

Whether you're sipping tea or enjoying the beautiful countryside, Prince Edward Island is perfect for you.
It's so authentic and homey, you won't mind that you're not in the tropics.
What's Your Ideal Island Vacation?
Blogthings: Waste Time at Work!

We actually did live on an island for 6 years, Whidbey Island north of Seattle; use to take a 20 minute ferry ride to get to work.

Good morning, massgopguy

Awesome!

Although I don’t want the 10 cases. Don’t want to miss all the lovely sunsets. And, lately, the islands are not safe for us womens.
