Newt. He’s the smartest man in the room and a reasonably reliable conservative. I give him about a 90%.

I like Santorum, but he reminds me of Eddie Haskell for some reason. He seems to need more seasoning.

Newton Leroy Gingrinch, the only brilliant candidate running, and someone that understands the mechanics of Congress. We can’t afford another OJT President. That last statement obviously pertains to Romney, Perry, and Huntsman. Paul and Santorum know about the legislature, but Paul can’t get nominated, and Santorum can’t beat Obama. I still would prefer John Bolton as The Republican nominee, but that’s wishful thinking now.

;-)

Yes, you certainly could. Unless you believe Newt is the one who can get the job done — the “job” being defeat Obama, and then reverse all the crap that Obama has put in place.

I have an immense distrust of the guy, but then again I don’t trust politicians generally. He’s taking the talk but if elected will he walk the walk? He has been on the inside and has since worked for the DC establishment and God knows, we’ve had enough of that. However, I’d love to see Newt mop the floor with the Obozo in a debate and I doubt that any of the others would do that as well as he could.

Right. Because the freeper choice for President clearly reflects the views of the conservative GOP electorate as a whole. Just look at the record:

Good thing you don't have everyone on the internet voting, otherwise the "consensus" choice for President that we all have to "get behind" due to his "huge lead" in the survey would be this guy:

Perry by far, but would vote for Newt and, reluctantly for Santorum.

I didn't realize the primaries were over and since my state doesn't hold primaries until June, then that leaves me time to decide if and who I shall mark my ballot for. And since my vote will be judged by the Most High, I may not mark my ballot for any, but I can have my say on legislative issues. However, continuing to put my faith in man is no longer a reality or a priority as man has done nothing but continue to corrupt, no matter how conservative their talking head says they are during the primaries. I'll let their political record speak for their true character whether they are for restoration or further decline of the US Constitution.

Is that honest enough for you?
