You Are Guinness
You are hip, well educated, and a bit of a beer snob. It's likely that you live in (or at least drink in) the city.
You won't drink just anything, though you are somewhat adventurous about trying new beers. You consider yourself a beer aficionado.

You are concerned with how you look and how you seem. People admire you, and you enjoy being well thought of.
You are a social drinker and rarely drink alone. You feel more at home in a cozy pub than in your own home.

Can't complain with that result. Last time I was at Ulysses Folk House on Stone Street, I had four of them, I think. I'm not sure of the total count as I'd been drinking at the time.

Rest in Peace, fallen brother, rest in peace!
We who remain hold you in high honor.
Rest, fallen brother, in this sacred precinct;
We who remain keep this place sacred.
Rest, fallen brother, among these, your comrades;
We who remain keep the watch.
Rest, fallen brother, among these who answered the Nation’s call;
We who remain press the fight forward in your name.
Rest, fallen brother, lay down thy burden;
We who remain have taken up the torch.
Rest in Peace, fallen brother, rest in eternal peace!

You Are Budweiser
You are down to earth, well grounded, and practical. Some may even call you sensible.
You say what you mean and you mean what you say. You're straight shooting and honest.

It's likely that you're more of a productive type than a creative type. You enjoy working hard.
You live in the now and enjoy every moment. You appreciate what you've got, and you're also very humble about what you deserve.

You Are a Microbrew
You are independent and adventurous. You're always up for trying something new, and you like to support independent businesses whenever possible.
You are creative and curious. Of all the types, you are the most likely to try to brew your own beer.

You are open-minded and eager to experience as much as possible in this world. You are an avid traveler.
You are socially conservative. You avoid the green label and buy local whenever possible.

“It must have been a 3.2 beer because I remember drinking pitchers of this stuff and hardly getting a buzz.”

At “Stumps” in the late 60’s it went down like water....course it was 120* outside in the shade with no shade to be found......lololol... besides you’re right that it was 3.2 beer....I think Pabst is still made the way it was in the early 20th century. pretty heavy hop flavor....Used to be just a few national brewers.....A/Busch and Pabst beibg the top two...Prohibition changed things around forever.... the top two....

Kathy, Southern New England has been blessed with great weather all winter, daytime temps often getting into the 50ºs with few 30s no snow, zero, zippo.

The least snow we got was 10” in 1936 so we must be due to a low snow season.

It’s a huge difference from last year when winter lasted 6 months with a blizzard every Wednesday.

I heard parts of AK have been buried in snow but don’t know where in that big state it is. Are you ahead of it where you are?

**HUGS!!**

Here is a link to the hardest hit lately...and more snow is on the way tonight and tomorrow. Several boats, including a house boat, capsized today. The National Guard was called in yesterday to help folks dig out. Roofs are starting to collapse and Cordova is only accessible via boat or plane. The troops came by boat. Valdez is where some of the pics are from.

http://www.ktuu.com/news/photo-gallery-alaska-massive-snowfall-ktuu-20120106,0,3651785.photogallery

I’ll go find a map. We are getting another HIGH wind and warm temperatures storm. The high winds have started and the temp is up to 21 and rising. Wind gusts today clocked at 90+ on the hillside (lots of high class homes up there).

It is indeed from Scotland and Belhaven has been brewing ales, beers and stout in Scotland. for about two centuries. Their brewery is located in Dunbar, East Lothian in Scotland.

Another excellant ale they brew is St. Andrew's Ale. They brew several other products that are not exported but are only available in the UK.

Here is the url for their website:
