Congressman Jeff Landry (R-LA) has just introduced the Executive Appointment Reform Act to reverse the Constitutional damage President Obama has done with his unprecedented recess appointments.
Contact your Representative today by calling (202) 224-3121 to urge them to cosponsor and support Rep. Landry's Executive Appointment Reform Act and stand against President Obamas abuse of the recess appointment process.
The text of Rep. Landry's letter to his colleagues in the United States House of Representatives is below:

I dunno if it’s just this computer, but the ‘dear colleague’ letter on the link comes across as gibberish. Or, maybe, The Massiah is gumming up the works ...

Thank you, tutstar.
Excuse me but if the appointment are unconstitutional then deem them so and declare those appointments null and void! You are going to pass a law that will never get by retroactively and is already defined in the Constitution!
bttt
Will do.
Let the House refuse to fund those respective entities and shut them down completely over these illegal appointments. Cutting back on government would never feel so ggggooooodddd!!!!!
This doesn’t require legislation, it requires legal action. Obama’s decision is already illegal. Don’t give it any credence by suggesting you have to pass a new law to prohibit it. You can hear the crickets in McConnell’s office. The man is the biggest impediment to real reform in Washington and needs to go.
I pray this is successful!
Exactly, we don’t need any more laws. If we just adhered to the Constitution we would be the most successful and prosperous nation in the world! Oh wait, we did that already....
Need legal action ASAP. Clearly unconstitutional. Legislation is purely symbolic unless we get all repub in WH and congress.
Testing the waters?
Obama Watch Obama cheered as he suggests becoming dictator
This is why most people hear what Obama says and don’t understand the real true meaning of what he is saying or they believe what ever he is saying is for the benefit of the country. ( a die hard democrat )
It could be that there are people planted in the audience to cheer no matter what he says.

Unprecedented, where have I heard that before? Sorry, no sarcasm this time around.
This bill is going no place. Bush recessed Bolton as Secretary of State and Republicans cheered it(he was a good pick). Republicans won’t even win the public approval war on this.
Republicans need to try to win the next election and then repeal or reform the bill that created this consumer agency, most of all get the public behind them in it. Heck, show voters how this agency is doing bad and they will win.
While the idea sounds great in idea...this is a waste of time.
Either 0 rejects the bill, then needing a 2/3 to pass...good luck
Or he accepts the bill thus completely messing up any future Republican presidents who try to stop an obstructing democrat led house (and lets face it, not this time, but sometime it could happen).
Either way at the end of the day the Supreme Court has already ruled that this is acceptable so anything signed now wouldn’t affect No-bama’s appointments.
I hope Jay Secelo and all that are supporting telling the wanna be king of hearts to get back in his madhouse.
Just what we need another useless piece of paper. If Congressman Landry had a pair, he’d ontroduce articles of impeachment. He is merely grandstanding with the introduction of his bill.
