When we were in Rome we joined a demonstration in which several marchers were carrying american flags. Yes it was a pro-american march. Never so so many cops on each side street, just sitting in case. Very peaceful.

We walked a triangle from the Vatican to the Colliseum to the Spanish steps and covered a lot in three days.

One day we got our black clothes all spotted when it drizzled dirty rain.

Those going to Rome, book the scavi tour under the vatican as soon as you know your dates. Small groups and only a few tours per day. Worth the time. Thank me later.

Actually, I can think of a few reasons. I’d love to see the pyramids one day. I think Indonesia and Malaysia would be fun places to visit. Not to mention the Maldives. Dubai is also a possibility. So, there ya go.
