Anyone who has listened to radio talk show host Joyce Kaufman, 850 WFTL, knows that she is not shy about speaking her mind.

She is a Tea Party favorite who helped propel Rep. Allen West to his position, but some of her fans are shocked at a recent proclamation that she will vote for Barack Obama if Mitt Romney becomes the Republican nominee.

Kaufman is unwavering in her position and reiterated it on the record with BPR. (Audio file)

She votes in Illinois. Most of her listeners vote in Illinois. If Obama loses 40 states, Illinois will not be one of them. So ... Big deal.

Absolutely. If Romney is the nominee, then I’ll either write-in or skip the presidential ballot. However, I wouldn’t vote for any democrat, even at gunpoint...

I will stay home if Romney gets the nomination. I refuse to reward Karl Rove and his buddies by voting for the puppet they are attempting to force onto us.

With that said I could not vote for Obama ever for any reason so if it is Romney I will stay home with a 12 pack and Lord of the Rings on bluray and try to make it through election day without going crazy.

Remember Baraqqui is a lazy sack of < expletive deleted >. With a strong Republican Congress he will be content to sit on his a$$ or play golf for four years. Notice how in the first 2 years The Fag Hag and the Depressed One did all the heavy lifting, Zero the Red really did nothing. He is a lazy do nothing.

Not very conservative fans obviously. She should have said refused to vote which would have been a better way of putting it. The Republican establishment has been warned. No Romney. This woman is a hero.

I am sadly realizing that the stupid party is not going to be part of the solution.

Congress reconvened this week and all eyes are on the freshmen Republicans. This was supposed to be the most conservative, small-government freshman group of Republicans in Congress since the huge class that was swept into office during the Contract with America days of 1995. But after one year settling in on Capitol Hill, the GOP freshman have been a disappointment, and more conservative leaders and tea party leaders are venting their frustration.

The point is that we are sick and tired of big machine politics and we're not going to take it any more!

The most important thing is to take control of the Senate away from Harry Reid and the Democrats. If that happens, who is sitting in the White House becomes less relevant.

If the Republican machine can designate their nominee without listening to the voice of the people - and it's clear that is their intention - then the voice of the people will have to find another way to become heard.

Having Obama back in the White House for another four years with a Republican controlled Senate and House would result in some level of gridlock, with Obama vetoing a lot of legislative efforts. This outcome might be better than handing full control of our government over to a big political machine that has only it's own best interests at heart.

I honestly don't think I can stomach voting for somebody as bad as Obama, but I can sympathize with those who might. And it would be almost as unsettling to have to vote for Romney to beat Obama, specially if Romney hasn't earned the chance, but has just been shoe-horned in by the Republican machine.

This is the reason why the Tea Party exists - because some of us can't stand the big party politics, including Republicans who just want the status quo of big government, big taxes, big power, big crony-capitalism and big corruption.

Doesn’t matter. I am bending my principles way more than I am comfortable to vote for Newt if necessary. There is NO WAY I will vote for Romney under ANY conditions. Take that to the bank there. If you call me a RINO than you are the dumbest person on Earth.

Once upon a time, the stupid party nominated a man named Romley to run for mayor. Mr Romley was soundly defeated in the election.

On election night a reporter asked him: “Mr Romley, what do you think is the biggest reason for your defeat tonight?”

Mr Romley said: “The Voters.”.

The reporter asked: “What do you mean?”

Mr Romley said” “Well obviously it’s their fault. If they’d voted for me I’d have won.”

Experts say to get your kids to obey, give them the illusion of a choice. Would you rather eat your broccoli first or your liver?

That never worked in my house. Maybe my kids are too smart.

This is like a fire base commander, confronted with being overrun, calling in an alpha strike on his own position.

“4 more years of Obama” is a Very Scary thought. Congress has been neutered, and the Czars are running the whole Country. Sunstein’s “nudge” philosophy would be abandoned, and Valarie Jarrett’s “Social Justice” scheme would be fully implemented by decree.

The only way Romney will get the nomination is if he is anointed to it by the Republican leadership

Or he wins the most delegates in the primaries.

That’s common sense, something very few people around these parts seem to have.

She reminds me of the French government leading up to Iraq War. The so-called ally at first gave an impression of ‘abstain’ in UN. Later, it’s obvious that they’re working hard to sabotage by helping Sadam in UN. It is one thing to stay at home or vote for 3rd party. It is another to directly vote for Obama.
