This is key! There were 83 ethics charges filed against Newt, 82 were dismissed. The last one was a technicality that new could have got out of.

Newt urged Republicans to vote for his censure and fine so he could get past it and get on with the important business of the house. But, you will never hear that story anywhere. Maybe from Rush.

Here’s why I think it’s a campaign stunt: The news that he was detained due to a refusal of a pat down was leaked first by his father on Twitter. His staff didn’t give out that information until after the head Ronulian posted the details. Strange that his staff would know he was detained but not why, however Duddy Dearest knew all the specifics and tweeted them before any news outlet got them.

I wanted to state that out of the 83 ethics charges filed against Newt only one stuck. Newt could have fought that he didn't. Instead he urged House republicans to vote for censure to get it over with so they could get back to the important business of the House..............

On the independent vote Newt just won 25% of the indys in SC.........

It's most difficult to miss people whom you've not only never met, but only know through writings on specific times.

You give a very specific reaction you assume them to have, but yet, when faced with the Sedition Act, which directly infringed upon a liberty - Speech- specifically mentioned in the Constitution (travel is not a specific of the Fourth Amendment, and current jurisprudence has detailed the fact that when you willingly leave the comfort of your home into public, you voluntarily lessen your privacy interest stake laid out in the Fourth Amendment.)

I do find it telling that you failed to actually reply to the historical specifics I tendered, and instead whined about the “lameness” of my response. As far as I'm concerned you can go wring your hands in the corner elsewhere, because you are the one with nothing to offer but ridiculous and inane hypotheticals about people you've neither met, nor will know.
