I have no doubt in my mind, Zippo was never supposed to be president. What is happening now was supposed to happen in 2008, Zippo would have been out, there would have been race riots in every city in the US, and Hillary would have been launched into the WH with basically dictatorial powers.

Seems to me he has been pretty prompt so far. If he rules for the plaintiff, Obumo’s troops will have to respond if they want him on the GA ballot. In any case, more publicity and that’s good.
I personally can’t see how judge can rule against but I’ve been disappointed before. The cases down here in Columbus were very disappointing and much of that had to do with pi$$ing matches between Orly and judge. I love Orly for her tenacity and what she’s doing. I just wish the facts(that I consider obvious)would get out there with no theatrics and/or distractions. Picking a better attouney is like picking the best politician - they all have strengths and weaknesses. Orly knows all the ins and outs, all the facts. She just struggles to present in a way that doesn’t try the court’s patience.

Here’s a nice scenario. :-) Obama loses big time in November, and while trying to serve his last three months in office, he is found to be illegally holding office and removed. Joe “I lost my brain” Biden becomes the 45th president for a few days before the Republican president takes over in January 2013. LoL.
I think there is some truth to that. But that stems from a belief that Obama wants people talking about his damned birth certificate issues rather than talking about Minor v Happersett. It is this SCOTUS case which clearly labels him a citizen unqualified to run for POTUS or to serve. It is my belief it was deliberately don to fan the flames of the COLB controversy as a deliberate distraction.
The 25th Amendment should be immediately invoked as far as I am concerned.
It would be a mistake to underestimate the power of the Chicago-style "thug politics" BO and his minions employ so effectively, including against judges who dare to consider serious Constitutional challenges to his qualifications for office.

Exactly the reason to refuse to show at the hearing ... they never have to present anything to the court that can be ruled false or fraudulent
under the preponderance of evidence standard .... without any defense presented ... doesn't the judgment have to go to the plaintiff?
I wonder if a decision from this judge can be appealed to a cooperative jurist or bureaucrat and thereby avoid having Obama or his lawyers ever having to present any testimony or false evidence?

I haven’t seen it come up yet. I didn’t realize that two cases had been presented. Viewing the video stream and reading the comment was didn’t give a clue, until someone stated that two cases had been presented.
Anyone know when the third case concerning NBC is to be streamed?
