Santorum aide says Newt’s demise will be their gain.

I’m really starting to feel some furious anger towards Santorum.

If Romney wins by anything close to the 14% shown in the exit polls, this thing is over...

No debates for a month, a Romney win the media will trumpet next week, etc.

The meme will have been set.

Let this be a lesson TO ALL OF US just how powerful that MAGIC TALKING BOX in the livingroom of the Sheeple really is.

Checking out dozens of Conservative Radio streams on Tunein.com and Talk radio is totally frustrating. Mark Levin is about the only one who gets it. All the others are various degrees pro Willard. Many keep making the electabilithy argue. Oy!

So? What's the difference?

Even though I didn't write what you're commenting on, I'll answer.

You're right, it's a lose, lose situation. So, why not send a message to the GOP that relying on ("of course they'll vote for our candidate, where else are they going to go") crap isn't going to cut it any longer. If they want any chance to get the presidency, they better throw Romney under the bus, and get behind Gingrich. He's enough establishment, that they should be content, and he's enough conservative, that we should be content.

Looks like our only hope now is to take this to the Convention, which means we have to keep coming out and voting.

Have to keep some faith, and yes it is difficult.

There is a path at the Convention, Romney will not have 50# of the Delegates, unless we give up and don’t vote.

Isn't this a little premature?

With many states awarding proportional delegates from here forward, we can make a difference if we pound the pavement (aka phone lines and internet) for Newt from here forward.

If all FReepers who are for Newt will join his team and make just a few phone calls per day, maybe 10 phone calls per day. And do a post or two on the internet in other forums besides FR, such as Facebook and other public forums and social media.

In other words, if we do what the Paulbots do, and spread the word about Newt, far and wide.

We don't have to be on the ground in each state where the next primary or caucus is, but we can work the phones and the internet. That will free up time for the people in those states to do the ground work of signing up new voters, posting yard signs, knocking on doors, etc.

Free Republic can make a difference if we put in the effort. All this time we spend FReeping, we could be making phone calls at the same time. Or at least posting on other forums — getting the truth out about Romney to people who don't know the truth.

So now they release bogus exit polls to try to dampen the Panhandle voting. Nice.

"Seriously, what kind of idiot does that? To me, anyone that did or does isn’t a dedicated voter and we probably don’t want their vote."

The idiot vote is at least 90% democrat, but we still need all those votes we can get, because it is a huge voting block.

I would hope Gingrich voters wouldnt fall for it. It seems unlikely since they have a good idea what Romney is...a lib phony rinocrat.

So now they release bogus exit polls to try to dampen the Panhandle voting.

Have they called the race for Gore Romney yet?

I suspect that they'll hold back on reporting Dade County votes until last.
