It’s not all lost. Newt pounded Santorum 5-2 no doubt due in part to the support of folks such as yourself.

Unless Rick’s in it to manipulate the voters, it’s time for him to bail.

This is important for the next cycle of voting.

Hang in there.

One little ray of sunshine here. Mitt only gets 50 delegates not the 100. hahahahahahahahahahaha, there is some justice in this.

A moderate is a person who stands for nothing...even worse than a liberal. I’m surprised they would admit it.

You know what? I think that, in the long run, replacing Obama with a paler Obama (Romney) with an R after his name could do more damage to the country than allowing Obama to be reelected, hopefully to trigger another Reagan revolution in 2016.

I WILL NOT vote for Romney. I held my nose and voted for McCain, and it won’t happen again. It sends the wrong message to the RNC.

A local radio guy here in LA said that there was a poll that showed 51% of Florida Republicans described themselves as moderates. Only 29% said they were Conservatives.

Perhaps Newt just wasn't conservative enough. That's why McCain lost to Obama.

Just like November 2008 on FR.

A period of relentless, self delusional confirmation bias is followed by an equal period of whining and bellyaching when everyone is forced to admit the polls were right after all.

Romney learned from the McCain/Huck maneuvering. It wouldn’t surprise me if Rick’s being incentivized.

I’m a Floridian, and I voted for Gingrich. I guess I didn’t get passed a cup of the Kool-Aid.

You know what? Principles DO matter. Romney will never get my vote. Gingrich is fighting for an ideal, while Romney is merely fighting for an office.

Earlier Martha McCallum said around 18% of Evangelicals voted for Romney. How is that possible?

Keep watching the vote count... Newt isn’t going to win, but he is closing the gap every update. One more percentage point from there (67% counted) and he will be within the margin where with Santorum’s votes he could have won.

And it’s likely to get even close before the counting is over.

I’d like to see him get within 10. That would not be “winning big”.

Santorum needs to get the heck out of this race right now. This is the time. We need those votes or Romney is a done deal.

Keep on fighting tooth and nail with a smile.

Make sure CONSERVATIVES win more seats in the House and Senate.

Where is the actual vote count?

I sure hope we aren’t talking about exit polls.

Stay strong. Romney has won 2 out of 4 states and one of the states is in his own back yard. Romney wont take the south and it is going to be hell for him to get the 1245 delegates he needs to win the nomination. It cost him over 17 million to win in Fla. He should have won with a lot higher percentage than he did...this battle is still on..we have to be LOUD against the media and get Newts message out on what he would do. You can go to Newt Gingrich on facebook and click on states with Newt and blog away. It makes a difference. Also, hit the news sites with replies and make points. Time consuming? yes, but it makes a difference

Gingrich won the Panhandle. He should do well in the south on Super Tuesday.
