The whole cancer industry is a fraud. Money for abortions, money for ‘researchers’ and money for liberal ideologist opportunists.

It was thought for a while that there was link, but the final study concluded no link. Not even an elevated number.

Link between abortions and increase chance of breast cancer could explain why they want to break off association. If proven, law suits could follow.

I guess that no one at SGK has read the research showing a significant correlation between having an abortion and subsequently developing breast cancer. That, alone, should justify the denial of any funding for PP by SGK.

How about Great Leader just issue an edict from on high demaning the Komen organization provide on-demand abortion and give half of all their proceeds to Planned Parenthood? That would solve the problem, right? I mean, it’s not like the Federal Government has limits on private individuals or organizations or anything. Golly people - get with the pogrom.

So contra-intuitive. Groups that have high levels of abortion literally decrease their percentage of the population, breeding themselves out of existence. Natural selection’s a bitch.

Yes. Induced (not spontaneous) abortion increases a woman’s risk of breast cancer by 30-50%.

This is the height of incredulity! How does the Congress have ANY sway over who a private entity chooses to make a donation to?

Two dozen senators, OK. How many of US have contacted them with praise for the move and a promise of financial support if they stay on the right path?

My email (the fifth one) sent about this:
Hi, Looking at the uproar your decision to defund Planned Parenthood has caused, I say bully for you.
You have your rule. And it's a good, logical, reasoned rule. Planned Parenthood falls within the rule. Planned Parenthood is under investigation. No more money to them.
I just read that a bunch of Democratic Senators are sending you a "toughly worded" letter urging you to reverse your decision. The letter says in part:
It would be tragic if any woman let alone thousands of women lost access to these potentially life-saving screenings because of a politically motivated attack.
Obviously, your applying a commonsense rule to Planned Parenthood hardly qualifies as a "politically motivated attack." I would posit the letter itself qualifies as a political attack. I trust you will stand tall against this partisan pressure and not retreat from your decision. Hold the line!

PP and the left do as much as possible to squash any talk of increased breast cancer risks after abortions. They truly are sick bastards.
