Good interview this morning with the Archbishop, soon to be Cardinal. It's missing some of the best quotes from the interview including this one when the host asks about polls showing that some Catholic women take contraception: "We're not into polls. We're into moral principles."

This mandate is unconstitutional and can NOT be enforced.

Let’s evaluate Satan’s commitment to Separation of Church and State.

Obama may back down until November 7th, but after that he will be full force for four years pushing his ultra-left wing agenda.

Dear Archbishop Dolan

Why would you even make a deal for “assurances” from a man whose legislative record shows consistent support for abortion

and worse, who voted TWICE against the live birth protection act because of the rationale that ministering to the dying needs of an aborted infant might cause the “mother” to have a conscience attack??

Just curious, Archbishop, what kind of terms and assurances would you expect if you ever dealt with the anti-Christ?

"This was a terribly misguided judgement," Archbishop Timothy Dolan of New York said"

The problem, though, is that "The One" is NEVER wrong. He may be surrounded by misguided Republicans, misguided Bishops, misguided Bitter Clingers, or misguided Israelis, and misguided Others, but he is NEVER WRONG.

He cannot back down.

The 'Rats had some little retreat and somebody spilled the beans and said Bari wasn't going to back down.

Rumor has it he said if Romney can do it in Massachusetts, I can do it nationally.

How can ANY thinking person, honestly, trust this occupier of the executive branch?

In the first place, the Catholic church deserves everything it has recieved from the King. They supported the OBOcare package and they pushed and proded to get the King elected. So, what, now they want to whine and say this isn’t fair. SHUT THE HELL UP. We the lowly un-intelligent ones tried telling you ignorant F—— that 2 years ago before you so lovinly gave OBO the B-J to get OBOcare passed.

“I am hoping that he will go back to those assurances that he gave me,” Dolan said.”

Hey, Dolan-—too bad you don’t know when you are being lied to or can’t tell good from evil.

The Catholic church should issue a simple statement:

"We will not comply with regulations requiring us to offer coverage for abortion and contraception. We will not pay fines resulting from our failure to comply. We will ensure maximum media coverage of your arrests of church leaders"

said he met with Obama in the Oval Office late last year and was promised the White House would work with the Catholic church on a number of issues, including education, health care and charitable work.

A number of issues, including education, health care and charitable work?

Bishop, soon to be Cardinal, you were suckered.

Approximately 2,700 pages in the 0bamacare package that was passed by congress in a matter of HOURS after it was released ! There is no way congress or any one else could have known what it all meant.

I ask my doctor for her opinion of 0bamacare. Her statement: "Somethings need to be changed. BUT this is too much, too fast".

I have dozens of doctors within a 5 mile radius of my home, yet I drive 35 miles one way to her office because she is an excellent and respected physician who's concerns are for her patients.

Today the Catholic Church is begging for exemptions from our government. Who will be next?

Here in the middle of the US hospitals with religious names come to mind. Trinity Lutheran Hospital, Barnes-Jewish Hospital, Baptist Memorial Health Care and others.

I have a relative who received great care and attention at a Baptist Hospital in Memphis, Tennessee, however I could not think of the exact name so I googled.

Up came Baptist Memorial Health Care with 14 hospitals and 2,700 physician providers in 34 specialties is available to give skilled care.

One of the pages at the Baptist Memorial Health Care web site has the following:

"Because we believe in the total care of patients, our Pastoral Care department concentrates on the spiritual needs of our patients". Spiritual Needs ....!

The entire web page can be found at http://www.bmhcc.org/whyus/

First they came for the .....

Next they came ......

Next ....

The Founding Fathers did not want a "State Religion". Today we are facing a state religion here in the US, it is The Religion of Socialism.

The following comments from one of my state senators, totally infuriated me.

"I am dumbfounded that in the year 2012 we still are fighting about birth control," said Sen. Kirsten Gillibrand of New York

"It is sad that we have to stand here yet again to fight back against another overreach and intrusion on women's lives," said Gillibrand, a Catholic. "The power to decide whether or not to use contraception lies with a woman, not her boss."

Not surprisingly, the local media interviewed catholics and found a 73 year old woman at the Cathedral of the Immaculate Conception, whose comments mirrored those of Senator Gillibrand.

I fault the bishops who, for the past half century, have ignored this topic and others, of a 'controversial' nature, when addressing their congregants. Ignorant catholics are a product of poor catechesis - misinformed and misguided. You cannot reap what you have not sown.

Maybe Santorum is on to something. Archbishop Dolan may have preached against contraception but he would be the exception. Let’s hear it from the pulpit along with shacking up. We have to be preaching to our own people before politicians will listen. Cardinal O’Boyle should still be alive.
