Yes, easily. Santorum is the only candidate on the stage with any conviction - man that can be trusted to do what he says he’ll do. He can campaign on the campaign trail, which is something that will have to be done against Obama. Debates will be at a very minimum. McCain got two. Anyone running now will be lucky to get that.

Obama is the POTUS and doesn’t have to debate anyone, and if he doesn’t care about America then he sure isn’t going to care what people think about whether he debates.

The results are clear. Santorum is campaigning and his numbers are good. And he did it where he had to do it, stumping on the trail.

Debate Analysis so far:

Fixed for Romney. As usual, Romney
gets extra time AND questions framed for him
to others, so he gets ... even more time.

Romney - Memorized lines well. Romney must have
had his pre-debate attack script read well
by the CNN anchor.
Romney again was mentioned in many questions, so he
could get a ‘free whack’ against his competition
courtesy of the anchor.

Santorum - Must be frustrated that Romney gets away
with lying. No one ever questions Romney’s ‘facts’
... or his fake votes.

Gingrich - When he speaks up, he takes control.
But he has been wounded by the Romney Attack Machine
and here, an audience filled with vocal RomneyBOTs.

Paul - Cindy Sheehan and al Qaeda and RomneyBOTs cheer,
as the ‘deal’ has already been made.

If Newt had answered, “Conservative” instead, I think the place would have erupted.

“What the hell? Do these Romneybots support actually Romneycare???”

They support Mittens, that’s why/who they support. They’re no more conservative or small government than he is.

Santorum can take his only agenda over to HHS and serve there, undoing Sebelius! IF, Newt doesn’t wipe out that department!

Newt: CHEERFUL

It shows that Newt has more Emotional Intelligence over anyone on stage.

Romney obviously had that question ahead of time and thought Resolute would be the word to use.

And then Newt...

Cheerful. E-intelligence. He has it.

That’s exactly how all the questions are asked, and Newt is the best at turning them back onto Obama and King.

You gave me Santorum platitudes ... not substance.

But I do appreciate the effort. Thanks.

RESOLUTE ROMNEY?

Alex Beam: “In truth, Ronald Reagan
and Mitt Romney have as much in common
as Cardinal O’Malley and Conan O’Brien.
Deservedly or not, Reagan earned a reputation for constancy.
Once he turned against communism, he opposed it big-time.
…. And our former governor? Inconstancy, thy name is Mitt!
A woman’s right to choose? Yes! No! Yes!
Are we in Massachusetts? Yes! Are we in Iowa? No!
Are we on TV? Whatever!”

All Mitt did was rattle off a list of international and domestic problems, BUT HE DID NOT TIE THEM TO OBAMA. Rambling.

Uh oh. Crazy Uncle up now.

With very few exceptions this debate follows the last steering very gingerly away form areas that the regime is vulnerable on.

We owe nearly 16 trillion with a almost a third of that due to zero and there is no talk about it!!! Simply crazy.
