With Romney somehow in the lead and presumably heading towards becoming the GOP Nominee, how do you intend to vote in November?
If Romney is the nominee Mrs. OldPossum and I plan to pass over the presidential box, then vote for George Allen for Senator, then pass over the House of Representative choices (cannot see voting for that RINO Eric Cantor), then vote for all other Republican candidates downticket.

Voting for Romney, the man who invented Obamacare, and before the 2008 primaries, always campaigned and government as a left-wing, pro-abortion, pro-socialized medicine, pro-illegal, anti-gun, Big Goverment, socialist is TRAITOROUS as well.
I don’t see how having a wolf in sheep’s clothing in the White House is better than having a wolf in wolf’s clothing.
As I have said from the beginning, I will vote for whomever becomes the nominee and will look with disgust upon any conservative who fails to do the same, for they will be supporting the doomsday candidate - Obama.

Don't you see? Your conservative principles conflict and you are forced to choose which one to sacrifice. On the one hand, a vote for Romney -- who is certainly not a conservative Republican (and I agree with you!) -- does not comport with conservative ideals and the GOP needs to know that's not acceptable. On the other hand, a vote that effectively (if not efficiently) supports Obama's re-election is not a conservative position to hold either. It comes down to deciding which action you'll take is better for America and the Constitution, my friend.

I won’t vote for Romney. I’ll do a write in instead.
We do as my tagline has been advocating for several weeks now.
Write in or Third Party hands down.
Voting for Romney, and Romney as President, is worse than Obama. Scream if you want, but we can neuter Obama with the Senate and House. With Romney, the GOP will go along with WHATEVER he does. He will be the enemy in our camp. It will be a coup on Conservatism.
It is pure and utter folly to think that Romney is “well, at least it isn’t Obama”. There is worse and Romney is it. We will never, ever be able to extricate him or those like him, the elite, from the GOP. Romney wins and it is truly all over.
Toss in a little Mormon Theocracy and there ya go.
And while, yes, Romney is the odds on favorite at this point, it is just by a little. I still have hope. We nominate him and hope, and Conservatism, dies. If you think, “at least he’s a sort of conservative or at least he’s not Obama”, you have been played by the elite and are in their pocket.

Well I am in your corner. I’m disgusted by Romney. No interest in voting for him. He can win without me just like he “may” win the nomination without me. I’m with Santorum for the Kansas Caucus on the 10th.

Mitt’s record shows he is every bit the Socialist Obama is. He would appoint liberal activist justices, but his will be stealth liberals, who Republican senators will quickly rubber stamp. The Republicans in the Senate (who hopefully will be the majority) would fight much harder against Hussein’s choices.

I think your logic is flawed in two respects:
1. With Obama we won't have "only 4 years of liberal policies", we'll have the completion of an 8-year socialist reign that is a true threat to our republic.
2. The odds of having a "chance of a real conservative" after 8 years of having a rapidly increasing portion of the population dependent on the democratic socialist state, then expecting a majority to for a candidate who promises a smaller, less intrusive government (i.e., a conservative) are so long they are barely worth considering.
LMAO- My mother is the average southern christian woman here in louisiana- and i just asked her what she thought bout Milt Romney— She said “ we are in truble” “hes no good”— thats it, thats all she said.. thats the kind of response’s you will get just about everywhere in the south
