I do not like the so called war on drugs. But do you honestly think that the Columbian drug cartel or the Mexican drug cartel or the Afghanis heroin growers are some how just going to go away if it is all legalized. Take a look at Zurich and ‘Needle Park’. That drug invested rat hole nearly ruined a beautiful city.
The ban never really went away; this was a wink and nod zone. The same supply chain issues existed.
