Dare I hope to get an iPad2 for FREE via coupons? Impossible, you say? Well, right now I am typing on a Compaq Presario laptop which I got for FREE two years ago via coupons. I would love to get an iPad2 for FREE via coupons for two reasons. 1. To score a FREE iPad. 2. Just to have bragging rights that I scored an iPad2 for FREE.
It won't be easy to score an iPad2 for FREE but it CAN be done. The coupon planets just have to be in the correct alignment just as they were when I scored my FREE laptop.

Be very wary of scams and ripoffs!
The New iPad will have a lot of grifters trying to cash in :-/

Just look on Craigslist. Lots of Russians with great deals.

My oldest son gets his iPads for free. He sells the previous model on eBay a few weeks before the new one is announced, for cost or more, every time.
Once it’s announced they don’t go for as much.

If anyone who’s never had one gets a chance to score an Ipad 2 for cheap - jump on it. I got one about 8 months ago and I can’t believe how much use I get out of it, especially in my work. I have incorporated so much of it into my practice that it really messes me up when I forget to take it to the office because I left it charging up at home. A definite game changer.

So, how did you get the laptop for free?

I got a new one cheap, works great , but I have not learned how to make good use of it.

I have a Nook Color I bought a while back. I've turned it into an Android tablet with the
N2ACard micro SD card. I bought a 16Gb card which goes into the slot on the Nook Color. It provides a dual-boot option. Touch the screen when the dual-boot option comes up to go into the Nook Color system. Or let it run for a couple seconds and it goes into the Android system by default. Since the Android system runs off the card, it doesn't alter the Nook operating system so there's no warranty issue. I love it. Sure, it wasn't free, but it is a good low-cost alternative to tablets.

I just purchased an October 2006 HP laptop with AMD Turion 64, 2GB RAM, running Windows 7 Professional, very well, with Office 2007, and all software licenses, for $175. I will use it, as is, for another two years.
If I decide not to pay my mortgage, I might invest in an iPad.
