AL Candidates Forum: Live at 6:30pm (ET) on C-SPAN. The Alabama Republican Primary is Tuesday, March 13. Fifty Republican delegates are at stake.

Well said. It is interesting that the Obama spin machine is attacking Newt at the White House press conference. They are feeling the WRATH of NEWT come down on their heads!!!!

From up thread, he's already lied about where he grew up and in this replay I've just seen him lie about why he's running, calling ObamaCare a game changer, after having endorsed it's father-figure Romney in 2008.
He's also never owned up to his push for mandates in the House in 1992 and his 1994 senate run, all maintaining he's always had clean hands on the issue and claiming to be "honest with the American people."

I have all my investments, property, etc, protected; So I will actually make money no mater who is elected. But money is the farthest thing from my mind right now. It grieves me to see this country become the opposite of what it was when I grew up.
They used to claim that CHANGE is “good”. But for some reason, I have learned to HATE that word!

There is an old saying among old school barristers. It is best to argue the law. If the law is not on your side,then argue the facts. If the facts are not on your side, then bang your fists like hell on the table.
Folks like PSYCHO have for weeks on this site, snidely, crudely and with despicable contempt, personally denigrated a fine conservate candidate and gentleman.
This site is unfortunately, but inexorably, morphing into a rather hateful and unpleasant forum. It is a damn shame and does not reflect the fine qualities of another exemplary conservative gentleman, Jim Robinson.
Amen Psycho-Freep. We have our property paid for and secure too. Huge gardens every year and an orchard. However, I have more to do than spend my money and time fighting the republicans now too. I supported them for years...detest them almost as much as the dems now.

You’re exactly right on both counts, caww. I come close to obsessing about it, it’s just SO important for all our futures and the survival of the Republic.
You know, this debate was hardly publicized on Fox. I don’t see a thing about it on their front web page.
I just hope even 1% of the goobers out there saw it, and saw Newt.
But as someone said, a lot of people are too dumb to even understand or follow him.
That’s what’s SO scary, and so frustrating to me.

You got it - this will be ugly and nasty. Newt’s our scrapper and a brilliant, eloquent one at that. He’s got the experience under his belt and maturity has taught him how to handle anything they throw his way.
I keep praying people will WAKE UP before it’s too late!
I have a question for either one or both of you - my state (MO) is having a caucus Saturday. I have to be about 100 miles away this weekend from my main residence (I live in KC but will be at my childhood home outside a rural town). My question is, can I caucus at one up there? This is the first year MO has done things so weirdly (we had a primary last month, but Newt wasn’t on the ballot AND no delegates were awarded). Now we’re having caucuses where delegates will be decided, so I really want to participate.
