Meanwhile, back at the ranch, Barry Soetoro’s state controlled “media” continues to portray we Americans as the bad guys.

If the FBI is so smart how come they can’t catch a guy hiding in plain sight @ 1600 Pennsylvania Ave?

I don’t understand why he quit?
He hasn’t been convicted of anything.
He should move to Illinois and run for Governor, great resume.

There’s a (D) next to his name but otherwise the word “Democrat” is nowhere in the story. If this guy had been an (R) you can guarantee that the word “Republican” would be in the first sentence, and repeated in every paragraph.

Well, it’s progress of a sort. They normally avoid mentioning party affiliation at all if a Dem is involved.
I guess I won’t complain this time around.

Hope he gets replaced by a Conservative. Same for Rep. Norm Dicks (D-WA Marxland-wannabe) whom I believe the FBI is looking and at and recently annouced he is pulling the plug after a FOIA request.

Urban Black Dem district in Columbus. One crooked Stalinist will replace another.

I know we have to excerpt article and reports but this is ridiculous.
How many words would it take to tell us why he resigned and what law he broke?

Great question. Same with the GOP!

Being a diversity communist, he’s above that white bread old fashioned concept of the “rule of law.” He should run for President!

Charges of bribery, election falsification and filing a false ethics disclosure statement were filed against Weddington Tuesday morning after a sting operation and lengthy investigation.

Nothing new about this guys corruption:
This is not Weddingtons first brush with the law. As he was running for office in 2008, he was charged with drunken driving, and later was convicted. He served three days in an alcohol-awareness program and a year on probation.
Weddington was an aide to former Columbus Councilwoman Les Wright in the 1990s before she left office after being caught in an ethics violation.
State Rep. Weddington resigns, surrenders to FBI He did his training under one of the worst of the worst.

Weddington worked for councilwoman who had ethics trouble
The Ohio Ethics Commission determined that in 1995, Wright introduced and then voted for a $57,285 grant to a nonprofit housing organization that paid her and a business partner $340,000 for an apartment building three weeks later. She paid a $1,000 fine and spent a year on probation. A 6-month jail sentence was suspended.
In Weddington's case, O'Brien has already said he'll seek prison time.
