A retired U.S. Postal Service carrier who delivered mail to Tom and Mary Ayers in a Chicago suburb in the late 1980s and early 1990s and claims to have met Obama in front of the Ayers home emphatically says yes to all three questions.

Allen Hulton, who was commended for 39 years of honorable service with the USPS, has given a sworn affidavit to investigators commissioned by Maricopa County, Ariz., Sheriff Joe Arpaio to determine whether Obama is eligible for Arizona’s 2012 election ballot. Hulton has recorded about three hours of video interviews with WND.

Hulton says that in conversations with Mary Ayers while on his route he learned of the couple’s enthusiasm and support for a black foreign student. One bright, warm Chicagoland day, he recounts, he met the student who fit Mary Ayers’ description in front of the Ayers home in Glen Ellyn, Ill. That young man, Hulton is convinced, was Barack Obama.

If a minor child who is an American citizen is taken to another country and naturalized there, given a passport, enrolled in that country's schools, takes oaths to that nation, sings its funky national anthem in the native tongue every frickin' schoolday, and is send to a madrassa run by a fire-breathing Imam, etc. ad inf. et naus., that kid may return to American citizenship by simply asking for it as he reaches his majority. Or, if his mom sends him home to Hawaii after she breaks up with her latest commie stooge.

Indonesia is NOT a "convention country." The Hague convention can only guarantee that the child retains citizenship and becomes a dual citizen for convention countries. At the time Obama would have been adopted, Indonesia did NOT allow dual citizenship. Obama would have been an Indonesian citizen only and the ONLY way Obama would have been able to repatriate would have been by formal application (i.e., naturalization) ... BUT that's if and only if he ever had U.S. citizenship prior to being adopted in Indonesia. To date, there's no legal proof that Obama was a U.S. citizen.

It is still necessary to impeach his BC and the birth announcements and the implausibility of penniless BHO, Sr., gallivanting around the world with a pregnant wife.

I think I read that, when challenged on eligibility if born in Mombasa, he maintained he was in the clear because his mother was American. And, irony of ironies, that's probably true, since the age limit she famously didn't satisfy only applied to married women, and her marriage to BHO, Sr., wasn't valid because he already had at least one wife back in Kenya.

Tiger, IMNSVHO, there is only one way out of this eligibility conundrum. One state AG has to remove Obama from his state's ballot.

If Obama wanted to be on the ballot, Team Obama would have to sue the AG. They would become the PLAINTIFF. No matter how that case ended: win, lose, or draw, it would be booted to the SCOTUS. Too simple. Of course, taking a page from Abe Lincoln's campaign strategy, Obama could simply choose not to be on that state's ballot! But, the point would be made!

The basic "mistake" made to date by all of those trying to trap the weasel is by making Team Obama, or trying to make them, the DEFENDANTS.

But one State AG. 1. One man; and all of this absurd Obama house of cards would tumble. It is doing absolutely no good for us to chase each other around Robin Hood's Barn when we cannot find one man in the country with the authority and the courage to act.

BTW, many have asked me what courts have examined the Copy of the Abstract the WH released as the BC. Wrong question. They have accepted it by denying the petitions of those who wish it examined. E.G., the Georgia Case, among others. The Courts, The GOP, Our elected Republican Representatives on every level, and of course the MSM, maintain that "Obama was born in Hawaii," and do not even entertain the Constitutional question of Natural Born Citizenship. For them, there is no issue. "Hawaii," they say. "Case closed." Have you heard one (1) Republican Primary Candidate mention the issue?

In regard to Sheriff Joe: It is patently NOT an official investigation. Furthermore, not one (1) AZ official with the authority to act on the findings has agreed to do so. A Sheriff can arrest a criminal for anything he feels appropriate. However, if the prosecuting attorney refuses to act, that criminal goes free.

Obama's lack of eligibility has, in IMNSVHO, plunged us into a Constitutional Crisis. If Obama is defeated at the polls, Constitutional Eligibility may be addressed by the courts. But I certainly wouldn't count on it .... not when otherwise responsible Republicans push for Marco Rubio , or Bobby Jindal, as National Candidates!

IMNSVHO, Sheriff Joe has established enough uncertainty to have the AZ AG remove Obama from the AZ Ballot. That of course, would be the man's job. That is, he is paid for, among other things, to establish candidates' eligibility to run for office.

Since there is no law to make Obama do anything, the only way to get him to tell the truth is to make him bring it to court ... as a PLAINTIFF.

Every single time on every single issue you choose to take 0bama's side. Even when you choose what you yourself admit to as a credible witness you find a way to spin it in 0bama's favor.

I look at things objectively. There's a reason that, before Sheriff Joe, no respectable Republicans have been on board the Birther Express. It's because you really do have to have the goods on him. You can't just make up stuff that might be true and expect it to stick.

He's going to have to be ousted at the ballot box for his policies, not legal technicalities. There are no magic bullets.

You need a link for that. In any case, Venice Beach is not in Hawaii, where the Thummalapallys remember being on the beach with Obama (which year they don't state, so there is hope).

You can't just wish he spent the summer in LA without being in Honolulu on July 29, 1980. You need proof. Of course, if there is proof, that would blow open a beaut of a charge, but it was 32 years ago, so don't get your hopes up.
