He clearly has a subcutaneous wound to partially white skin, rendering him inelligble for medical treatment. Refer patient to neighborhood death panel, who look like Obama’s sons.
He's mocking the Zimmerman video that "proves" Zimmerman is in the absolute pink of health.
No need for doctors or exams or any such expensive stuff like that.
Just march them in front of a Radio Shack webcam and let everyone vote on if they are sick or not.

Are we sure that figure in the video is really Zimmerman? It doesn’t look like any of the other pictures I’ve seen of him.
That picture also proves that Zimmerman’s a racist and hunted down poor innocent “skittles & hoodie” because he just wanted to kill a black kid.
Really, I can tell that from the picture.
The resolution wasn't sharp enough, the subject was moving too fast and was too far away from the camera, and not all views of the head were shown. Under such circumstances, it was impossible to make a reasonable determination as to possible head injuries. Yet the lefty MSM commentators insinuated that since there was no obvious blood to be seen, Zimmerman's friend had been lying in saying that he suffered head injuries from a scuffle with Treyvon Martin.
This morning there are stop screens showing the injuries and accompanying police reports explaining the injuries.
MSM is stirring the pot.
Can you please be more specific as to what the injuries were and what part(s) of the anatomy were involved? Was there video footage with better resolution than what we saw last night?

Still haven’t seen any MSM references to the 21 year old women who was home alone last summer at 11:00 am when two “black males” broken into her apartment and ransacked her home while she cowered behind a locked bedroom door.
