The two key pieces of evidence that are coming to light are:

I just completely refuted on of your two "key" pieces of evidence. Your position is now half as secure as it was moments ago.

“A few days ago two black men knocked on the door of a woman’s house two blocks from me. She didn’t answer the door. They went around back and broke out a window. The woman pushed the panic button causing the alarm to go off. The two men jumped in their car and sped away

That woman was lucky. These victims were not so lucky.

145 white victims murdered in their own homes by invading black thugs:

Zimmerman took a beating for 30 seconds to a minute. His story is that while shifting his body so the next head slam would be against grass, not pavement, his shirt lifted, exposing his gun to Martin. Martin then threatened Zimmerman with death, and attempted to take the firearm away.

This is a pack of lies by this rat Zimmerman as he sees his story breaking down and is now attempting to "explain" shooting an unarmed person

The fact that the lead homicide investigator on this case recommended that charges be filed against Zimmerman is all that I need to hear.

What else is there to say?

You don't have to be an "audio expert" to call BS on this:

"I believe that's Trayvon Martin in the background, without a doubt," Primeau says, stressing that the tone of the voice is a giveaway. "That's a young man screaming."

This judgment is from a man who has never heard Trayvon Martin's voice. The other expert found a 48% match, which, by published standards, is "inconclusive."

But what about the witness who both heard and saw Zimmerman yelling for help?

Is Zimmerman a tenor, baritone, or a bass? There are plenty of older men who have voices higher than those of many younger men. You cannot use tone to distinguish between two males unless you already know the customary vocal pitch of each beforehand.

Why do you believe a citizen of a community does not have the right to confront someone who is trespassing/traveling through (depending on your point of view) that citizen’s community?

Do nvs like Zimmerman have the right to ask unknown people walking through their (Zimmerman's) neighborhood what they're doing?

I think ANYONE is allowed to ask ANYONE "Wazzup?" at ANYTIME

I still don’t get what you are trying to say. In a struggle over a weapon the round could have gone off up/down/left/right who knows....yes the trajectory into the body would be determined by the ME but I’ve yet to read that there was an exit wound.

The software compared that audio to Zimmerman’s voice. It returned a 48 percent match. Owen said to reach a positive match with audio of this quality, he’d expect higher than 90 percent. As a result of that, you can say with reasonable scientific certainty that it’s not Zimmerman.

Owen says, stressing that he cannot confirm the voice as Trayvon’s, because he didn’t have a sample of the teen’s voice to compare.

48% match is inconclusive, what is the match to Trayvon?

IMHO there are at least 2 posters on this thread not worth your response. If you feed Gremlins after midnight or trolls anytime, here's what you get, a complete absence of reason:

Multiple media outlets have reported that he attained the rank of captain in the Neighborhood Watch.

He was the Neighborhood Watch, No subordinates, No superiors, No promotions board, No oversight, No control.

By calling him Captain Zimmerman you are just pantering to his fantasy of being a CaptainOnPatrol.

If someone who comes out from under a bridge is called a troll, what is some one who comes out from a sewer called? Inquiring minds want to know.

As a result of that, you can say with reasonable scientific certainty that it’s not Zimmerman.

That you could come to this conclusion is astounding; that you could use the phrase "scientific certainty" in the same statement is incredibly astounding.

I have never had to yell "Help!" in a panicked mode, so I have absolutely no idea what my pitch might be.

But I DO know it would not be in my normal speaking voice.

-- Yes, exactly. That is what "inconclusive" means. --

It's a little different. In one case, there is enough evidence to analyze, and the analysis is inconclusive. But here, by the standards of the profession, there isn't even enough evidence to analyze. By the expert's own standards, it's inappropriate to bring this analytical tool to bear on the question.

-- I'm not sure why an "audio forensic expert" would be needed at all. I do understand how the story feeds the sensationalism of the reporting. --

That's it, that's the reason. And, if this gets to a law court, to attempt to undermine the eyewitness - but I think the testimony is inadmissible in court, because, by the expert's own standards, he cannot form an opinion. Therefore, he has nothing to add to getting to the truth of the matter.

Outside of the courtroom, he is free to blow smoke and direct away from the truth - that's what he's getting paid to do.

You are a complete moron that repeats things over and over while ignoring the very answers you seek. What else is there to say?

Homicide investigators are not the final judges as to whether or not the events that transpired rise to the level of prosecutable offenses. The prosecutor in this case declined to file charges.

Well, if you cherry pick that one item, and base your conclusion on that one item, then of course you reach the conclusion you do. It becomes the only possible outcome.

I'd like to read what Serino had to say, but it's not available to the public.

Two “experts” hired by? The Martin family?

No buddy boy these experts were hired by MSMBC and the The Orlando Sentinel. You know this but are still in denial that your hero Zimmerman murdered a person in cold blood and are desperately trying to discredit the source and story.

Homicide investigators often feel charges are warranted. The problem is they aren’t trained in the law. Prosecutors are. The prosecutor in this case declined to bring charges.

So after the lead homicide investigator examined the facts of this case and made the recommendation that Zimmerman be arrested and charged, you who have not seen ANY of the facts of this case, and who has not interviewed Zimmerman are going to tell me that you know more than the investigators?

Yeah right. Ha ha ha

I haven’t twisted anything. I think you’ve pretty clearly misunderstood a lot of things that you’ve read, or simply accepted sensationalized headlines instead of evaluating the facts presented on their own merits.

We may yet learn some new information that contradicts Zimmerman’s claim of self-defense. To date, there has been none.
