Hard to find truth in Zimmerman’s call to police

Posted on 04/01/2012 11:27:17 AM PDT by Java4Jay

I’m having great difficulty locating the original full version of Zimmerman’s call to police, one that is not enhanced to make wind noise sound like a racial slur.

"Capt. Zimmeman"

When was he commissioned? Is he facing a Admiral's Mast?

Sorry, loser, but those two so called experts were hired by Martin's family. They're about as believable as you are, which means not at all.

At no time is there any evidence that Zimmerman was attacked with anything except fists. Yet he decided to respond to fists with a gun. That is over the line

How many people die or are seriously injured from injuries sustained by another human being without a weapon? And if you are unconcious whats to prevent the attacker from locating a weapon such as a board, pipe etc and finishing you off? There are no rules and no refereesw in street fights in case you didnt know that. The winner decides when to quit beating the tar out of you and if he so desires will not quit until you are dead or someone stops him. Pleas for help went unanswered, what would you do? The pleas for help did not stop Martin, no one else stopped Martin, the bullet did.

fistfight deaths most by hitting head on concrete:

He should have listened to the 911 operator and left well enough alone.

What would heading back to his vehicle indicate?

I understand that but the key is when he was advised/told not to follow, he did not ignore the advise. He just said OK. All the race baiters and gun grabbers are saying he ignored the 911 operator. The fact is that he did not.

Clearly Zimmerman is lying about events that happened on the night of the shooting.

clearly that story is BS....how could you buy it? So the guy on top beating the crap out of Zimmerman was calling for help—more help to beat him? to death?

I was referring to the angle on entry on the body. An upward shot would enter lower than it would exit. A horizontal would exit at about the same level as the entry.

-- The results were inconclusive, according to published standards. --

According to published standards, it is inappropriate to draw any conclusion. Insufficient evidence. There shouldn't be ANY expert opinion, beyond that it is not possible to form an opinion from the evidence provided.

That said, this is the family's expert, opining outside of court. Their counsel is in the process of trying the case in public. Crump is just another race-baiter.

From the evidence I’ve seen, Zimmerman was returning to his car when Martin confronted him, punched him in the nose and started slamming his head on the sidewalk, and had to shoot Martin to avoid getting killed or at least hurt very badly. At the very least, you should refrain from concluding that Zimmerman was a vigilante who picked the fight with Martin.

There's more to that tape. Zimmerman is headed back to his car and suddenly Martin shows up.

Just for laughs...how about you detail the dialog on the tape that states this.

All your twisting and turning will not change the facts of this shooting. The two key pieces of evidence that are coming to light are:

1- The Martin kid was the one screaming for help during the confrontation not Zimmerman. This is from analysis of the voice records by TWO forensic voice identification experts. And they BOTH agree that the evidence of the analysis is strong enough for court.

2-The lead homicide investigator for this case, Chris Serino, recommended filing manslaughter charges against Zimmerman after examination of the facts of the case.

So lets hear you somehow explain these developments away as the noose tightens slowly around Zimmerman's neck

Zimmerman took a beating for 30 seconds to a minute. His story is that while shifting his body so the next head slam would be against grass, not pavement, his shirt lifted, exposing his gun to Martin. Martin then threatened Zimmerman with death, and attempted to take the firearm away.

MSNBC has also located anonymous witnesses that saw Zimmerman break his own nose, bang his own head on the cement, and roll around on the ground in order to wet his jacket.....

Incident like this one its likely both parties were screaming at one time or another. From the wounds on Zimmermans head it would seem to support he was at the disadvantage at one point. When the kid saw the gun he had every reason to scream.
If you’ve ever been in a fight where theres no control like people around to break it up,where neither side really understands the capabilities of the other, theres plenty of grunting groaning and the occasional scream.
End of the day however who knows what happened in this circumstance.

Yes, exactly. That is what "inconclusive" means. But I still go back to the fact that there is an eyewitness who both heard and saw Zimmerman yelling for help, and I'm not sure why an "audio forensic expert" would be needed at all. I do understand how the story feeds the sensationalism of the reporting...

Is this BS?

The Orlando Sentinel got in touch with court-authorized biometric voice analyst, Tom Owen, to analyze the 911 tapes where either Zimmerman or Martin can be heard crying for help. (One unnamed witness has said it was Zimmerman crying for help.) His conclusion: It's not Zimmerman.

The report also contains the opinion of Ed Primeau, a Michigan-based audio engineer and forensics expert, who disagrees with some of the biometric analysis technology, but comes to the same conclusion:

"I believe that's Trayvon Martin in the background, without a doubt," Primeau says, stressing that the tone of the voice is a giveaway. "That's a young man screaming."

Now its on you Zimmerman supporters to explain why Martin is the one screaming for help not Zimmerman as he has claimed.
Well folks?

I feel great sorrow to Trayvon’s parents but their anger is misguided. It’s not George that took their son; it’s the ‘Thuggish’ society Tray fell into. There is where blame lays.

Two “experts” hired by? The Martin family?

Homicide investigators often feel charges are warranted. The problem is they aren’t trained in the law. Prosecutors are. The prosecutor in this case declined to bring charges.

When I was 16, I knew a guy named Jeff Moody. Good kid, talented as heck on a skateboard. He lived in a part of town that was infested with latino gangs called Kenner, Lousisana.

Apparently Jeff became interested in a female who also had the attention of a local gang banger.

One day, Jeff and this female were walking inside the Esplanade shopping mall when they were attacked by a group of gang members. One attacker took hold of Jeff and ran him head first into a support column.

From reports it was stated that the cracking of the skull was audible.

He was in a coma for 6 months before he died.
