Here's a scenario that will, hopefully, give everyone pause for thought. It is appearing more likely than not that the RNC is going to shove Romney down our thoughts after the convention in the flawed belief that "Republicans will rally around the eventual nominee." For the record, this former Republican won't. And, before you lecture me on how my NOT voting for Romney will affect the election, I already know.

As of today, I believe a LOT of factors are in play that will heavily influence the election but, at the end of the day, I am becoming more convinced that Obama will be re-elected. IF that occurs, given the damage he has done in his first term, consider how much damage he will do in his second "lame duck" term.

As of today, Obama still has to pretend that he is a brilliant leader who deserves a second term so that the dumbed down electorate with the assistance of the dishonest media will get him re-elected. If this occurs, every worst nightmare scenario for this country will come to fruition, IMO. Because, in a lame duck term, he doesn't have to face re-election and he can and will do at least 10 times more damage to America than he already has.

Romney would pick better nominees for the Supreme Court by accident than the best pick by Obama.
