Everyone really needs to stop referring to Obama as a former Constitutional Law prof. Con Law (ok, maybe he taught “ConLaw” in a different sense) is a brutally difficult first year class in most law schools.
Obama taught three upper-class electives: Voting Rights, Equal Protection/Due Process, and Race and the Law.
Which have NOTHING in common with the real thing, or the intellectual firepower of professors who actually teach the real thing.

Never learned that “shorthand” in my ConLaw class, but I didn’t go to Harvard Law. They’re smarter there, I hear (from them).
