Exactly and she has already said she is not going for first degree murder. I do not know why she even considered the grand jury. She does not need it.

Oh Florida.... Casey Anthony was found not guilty of killing her own 2 year old when there was a lot of evidence, yet we'll charge a “white Hispanic” with possibly murder when the evidence shows he was attacked.

I don't think little Caylee Anthony attacked her mother when she chloroformed and taped her mouth shut, but that's just me. Actually she may have fought back but the two year old wasn't armed. If Caylee was black would Casey be in jail?

Hispanics have not risen up to support Zimmerman because they do not think the shooting was justified. After seeing your post last night, McFrog, I did some “polling” here last night and this morning. All totalled, 17 people. All hispanics. 1 neighbor, 1 law enforcement officer, 2 soldiers who were in my husband’s office this morning, 1 bank vp, 4 mgrs who work with husband, 2 of my friends I have known since 1st grade, 3 friends, 1 family member and 2 from my work with republican party in Austin and here in San Antonio. All said they did not think the shooting was justified and are hoping he is indicted. I was surprised it was 100%. But I am shocked some people think hispanics will defend someone simply because they are hispanic. Did we defend Ted Bundy? Just thought it would be interesting to do the polling. It was.
