To hell with the GOP-e. Barring a miracle, they got their big government, unconstitutional mandate loving, socialist abortionist Obama-lite RINO on the ballot, they can now get him elected.

We are the resistance!!

Shove him down our throats today, we shove him up your donkeys in November!!

I can see November from my house!!

Why is it more conservative to say that you can only vote for somebody you agree with 100% of the time and not that you vote to ensure the more conservative candidate wins?

Nice straw man you have there. And who is that "more conservative candidate" you speak of?

I don’t share your optimism. He’s bowed to every lib/lib idea so far. I’ll go with that.

For me, my goal is to do everything I can to ensure a more conservative representative government. The best way to do that is to vote for the more conservative candidate in each race on the ballot. Being frustrated is one thing. I just don’t understand why people won’t do everything in their power to prevent Communists from taking more power.

That is the only logical explanation for the loonacy exhibited on this site and on any thread related to Odumbo versus Romney. You nailed it.

This is one depressing thread.

I agree. We're never going to convince the RomneyBots and conservative quislings, and they're going to fail miserably trying to frighten us into voting for their boy Romney.

“Does it not bother you that you didn’t do everything in your power to prevent a Communist from getting a second term?”

Nope not in the least. What bothers me is voting for a liberal Republican pretending to be a conservative.

It seems that is so. Face it: the GOPe has held out the same carrots our entire lives. We were hoodwinked a long time before we began to awaken to the extent of the scam.

Question is...Is it too late? My answer...Without public genuine repentance from our idolatries (faith first in anyone or thing other than God) and fervent prayer by the entire Church for forgiveness and for God to lead us again...probably is.

Soros: Not much difference between Obama and Romney

“If it’s between Obama and Romney, there isn’t all that much difference except for the crowd that they bring with them.”

Our prayers are more important than our votes this year.

I will do both.

INDEED.

I am not “pushing” Romney. I am trying to oust the Radical Marxist Muslim we have for a president.

Obama is already defeated by the economy unless we have a mass defection by conservatives. Then you are right. Consevatives can snatch defeat from the hands of victory by throwing away their votes AGAIN — like they did with Juan McLame — and insuring Obama has 4 more years to destroy our nation by installing hard communists at every level of the government, and continuing his anti-American policies.

You are right, conservatives could well hand Obama the election. Even then, I doubt it, because the economy has already doomed him.

If we had a conservative president seeing re-election in this economy, we would be runniing around saying “We are irretrievably screwed”.

““Where was Sarah Palin, Jim Demint, Mike Pence - when we really needed them?.”

I like Palin, DeMint and Pence and would have voted for any of them vs Romney but they have shown that they are not the leaders that many around here think/wish they were. Palin didn’t want to run, which is fine. It’s a huge decision and an incredible sacrifice but there was nothing keeping her from endorsing someone 6 months ago, 3 months ago, even as late as February. She had a chance to be kingmaker but chose not to. To me that was a terrible failure of leadership and the consequence is Mitt Romney.

That’s not my quote you responded to (not that it matters much).

I believe Palin COULDN’T, by contract, come out and endorse someone. Instead, her husband endorsed Newt and she made it very clear she would have voted for him. I don’t think she could have done more given the circumstances of her employment.

Thanks. I enjoy being reminded how highly those on Free Republic think of George Soros.

Hey, if he said it, it must be true. The world’s richest Communist is playing you like a fiddle. How does it feel?

Love the use of “quisling” there, and I am with you... but can you call them Republican quizlings? I know it loses the alliteration, but I can’t stand any further soiling of the word conservative!

As I said in post 683...

Sticking with one’s principles is what this country was founded upon - regardless of the outcome. I defy any “I will vote for Romney because...” type to factually refute that statement..........

Bottom line. Fear rules them. Not what is right, not what is just. Fear. The FEAR of Obama will lead them to vote for a man with a track record of hostility to conservatives every bit as great as Obama.

Not one Romney voter has yet to address, much less refute that.
