And that is the same as a vote for Obama...no difference!

And I see a vote for Romney as a vote for the same crap Obama supports.

I truly believe that a significant majority of the third-party types here are Obama plants. There’s no other logical explanation.

Sure there is.

Some people, maybe you for instance, might not capable of critical thought, and can't understand, or due to being part of the biggov biz as usual machine wont' admit, the Republicans and Democrats are all riding in the same limo.

It's been painfully obvious for many years now. Look at the country, the economy, the borders, standard of living, everything.

It's like all the morons who watched the masked wrestlers, perform their choreographed rehearsed stunts in the ring, as the audience of fools applauds their favorite guy, thinking it's all legitimate and above board.

No honest individual can claim Romney is the same as Obama.

Romney is a socialist. He doesn't even back the Republican platform. Ever bothered reading it? Romney backed $50 abortions, homosexual rights, liberal judges, socialist health care, gun control........And you think he's a CHOICE?!

The only Republican in the past 120+ years who has been able to oust a Democrat President was Ronald Reagan, and he didn’t do it by being a Romney-style moderate. He did it with bold colors, not pale pastels.

No serious person really believes that Mitt Romney will do anything to attempt the kind of reforms that we need. If anything, he’ll slow things down.

The big Republican victories of recent years — 1980, 1994, and 2010 — were achieved by running as unabashed conservatives. Candidates like Ford, Dole, and McCain lose — and that’s the kind of Republican that Romney is. Don’t believe it? Look around him — personnel is policy.

I certainly begin and close each day with prayer.

I Somewhat often pray for extended periods between 02:00-04:00

. . . and through the day.

Feels like a feeble amount considering the context of our era.

Nevertheless, I can only do what I, by His Grace, can do.

You mean that he didn’t usher in $50 abortions, liberal judges, Romneycare, gun control and homosexual marriage? Because he did. And I wouldn’t try to push Romney as a conservative. He is NOT. He IS a socialist. Obama is a marxist. They ARE branches on the same tree.

I really want to know. Do you believe there is EVER a time to stand for what you believe in? I do. That time is now.

And what are you going to do when Obama succeeds in “fundamentally transforming” this country over the next 4 years and you then have no hope of turning it around? I don’t agree that voting for Romney is exactly like voting for Obama. At least we don’t have a Marxist who is hellbent on instituting tyranny. What we do is keep working locally to get conservatives in Congress. Your attitude guarantees that we go over the cliff - but well, at least you’ll have the satisfaction of saying I told you so. I hope it’s worth it to you.

So what do you propose, Jim? Not vote, vote third party, or vote and hold our nose?

My question too, what are we supposed to do, let the dictator be re-elected? I don't like this either, we're voting, once again, for the lesser of two evils.

Don't vote for the lesser of 2 evils. Stay home. Stick your head in the sand and pretend reality isn't real. Never forget conservatives are a majority!(a majority without the power to nominate a GOP Presidential candidate.)

Fight the GOPe and support the rats.

rat...it's the new conservatism

FR, by sticking with its philosophy, and standing by its morals, with thousands upon thousands of members, can indeed be a potent conservative wedge (maybe an ANVIL if you will), in this election season, seeing as how the cards are being played out. We cannot roll over and play dead and get screwed again, with the “Second Coming of Juan McCain 2012.” The definition of idiocy is continuing to do the same things but expecting different results. I would say a) the nominee should not be Romney somehow, and b) the nominee and the platform need to be air tight, solid CONSERVATIVE, not me-too Big Government RINOism taking our country in the same horrendous direction, albeit at a different, slower clip perhaps.

FRiend, you are entitled to your opinion, and your vote. Cast it how you see fit.

In my case, as a resident of upstate New York State, given that my state will (unfortunately) go hard for Obama regardless of me or my vote, I feel completely justified in voting for the person I think is best for America. I will NOT vote for Romney. He does not represent me.

Your slur on my motivation only shows that your principles do not include asking "Why?" first, just judging.

So take your Romney vote and feel good about it. I will certainly feel good about my vote as well. Cheers!
